I didn't have time to search the store so I looked and realized none of the 3 workers would actually help me find what I needed. So I said thank you as I left the store. Perhaps in the future someone could actually help to find the items the customer is prepared to buy instead of telling me to look myself. I was going to buy clothing and would have. Anyway customer service isn't what it used to be. Most of the tank tops were hanging on the top half of the wall and mixed sizes all together so was a chore to go through them to find my size. We ended up walking out with stickers, a Keychain and a regular hat instead. Love this new location. It clean with a great selection of boogieboards, fins, jewelry, stickers, bags, hats and clothes. They have no problem throwing in an extra sail and the best part is they always give me like a 20% kama aina discount because I live here. Their Goya wave boards are the bomb! The employees are very nice and really helpful. I like using this shop because it's the closest shop to Kanaha Beach Park and that makes it real convenient to change gear out when the wind changes to get back out on the water without missing any sailing time. In my opinion their Goya boards are top notch and their sails and booms are always in great shape. When I pull up to get my great it's usually loaded up within 5 minutes. I recommend this shop to anyone that lives on Maui to come rent a board for the day, or if your coming on vacation this is the place to get your gear.
