I honestly forget this place is even here, but often pass by it along Hana Highway. A few weeks ago was my first time in the store. I was amazed at their selection of shoes and sandals. They had a lot for just a little store that lined their walls from top to bottom! They even had bags and socks and some other little knick knacks. There was one worker in the store and strangely, it got a little busy a few minutes after we arrived there. There were 2 other patrons that walked in after us and the saleslady handled everyone with grace. She was just really kind and had great energy and so it prompted me to want to write this review :) She gladly helped with our needs and went back often to check for various sizes and styles of shoes. She also informed us that if they don't have something in stock, they can order it for you if needed. Definitely stop by here for all your Birkies needs and even carry other brands like Choco, Keen, & Teva.

All of them need to adjust their attitudes and get a reality check to learn how to treat people better. They had a sign at the door that they opened at 1 today.. At 1:04 one of the staff members finally walked slowly to open the door and then proceeded to take her time to act busy after opening the door, before letting us in. She was a nightmare. I would 1000% suggest going to the Wailea store for the better service, better staff, and better selection. Wailea has the Hawaiian collection and if they don't they will let you know what time they restock and are willing to help. The Lululemon at Whalers is the worst one and I would not recommend.

We sincerely wanted to love Acacia. I agree with another review posted here: Acacia does Not stand…read moreby their products. In the past few months we have purchased many products from Acacia. One of the items was a bikini for our 5 year old, which she grew out of within 3 months. We purchased a new Acacia swimsuit for her in the next size up and when we got home we measured it against her previous Acacia bathing suit and it is the exact same size! Beware the kids size XL and XXL are exactly the same size! I explained all of this to Acacia and they said the bathing suit is the same size as the previous one because this particular one is designed to stretch with wear, yet it is digging into my kid's skin and leaving marks. They won't take the suit back or even offer a discount on a new kids suit. We feel totally scammed.
