Elina is the absolute best! I've done microblading three times with other artists outside of the US…read moreand had that work lasered off so I can have a blank canvas for nanobrows. Elina was really patient during the pre-draw process and made sure I was happy with the shape, hair strokes, and overall color. She has a super light touch and the procedure is a lot more manageable than microblading or even normal eyebrow waxing. I knew Elina would be amazing when she immediately called out the way my brows move differently due to my facial muscles - something no other artist has cared to pay attention to before. I am a remote worker so I'm constantly staring at myself over video calls and felt off for years about how uneven my previously micro bladed brows looked. With her nanobrows, I now have the most even and natural looking brows I've had in years. And it's been a huge impact for my own self confidence. Highly recommend Elina if you're ready for a brow transformation!

But after all the amazing reviews I heard about LeMed Spa, I made a concerted effort to book the time on my calendar. I went in for a Diamond Glow facial with Fon and was instantly transported to a serene environment. After changing into a luxurious bath wrap and robe, I slipped under the covers of a heated bed, which was then moved into an ergonomically pleasing position. Fon started with an incredible shoulder/upper back massage before starting into my facial. Extractions, exfoliation, cleansing, hydrating, moisturizing, tightening- all come together in your experience. I highly recommend LeMed Spa and Fon, who took such great care of me during my time there. It's now January 2026 and since my first visit for a facial last June, I have had XERF, PicoSure Pro, PRF EzGel, Letybo, NuEra Tight, ADVATx, Tirzepatide shots, peptide shots, and other incredible treatments at LeMed. If you're looking for a "one-stop shop" luxury spa experience that truly has it all, look no further!!!!!!

I've been going to Asia Salon in Encino since 2020 and have been a loyal customer for the past six…read moreyears. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I will no longer be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others. I had a brow threading appointment scheduled for 2 PM that I booked three weeks in advance at my last service. I'm also taking a trip tomorrow, which is why I made sure to book my appointment ahead of time. At 10:30 AM, I reached out to confirm that the brow lamination and tint were included with my appointment. They responded that the brow artist (the owner) who was scheduled to do my brow threading had to leave early for the day and asked me to come in at 12 PM or 1 PM instead. I explained that I would not be able to make either of those times because I had already planned my day around the 2 PM appointment, which I had booked weeks in advance. I ultimately rearranged my workday and moved several things around so I could make the appointment, especially since this was such a last-minute change on their end. I drove 30 minutes in the middle of the day to get there and arrived at approximately 1:20 PM. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't see me because I wasn't able to make the 1 PM time and arrived at 1:20 PM instead. Before I even arrived, they had already told me over text that the only option would be to reschedule for Wednesday because they were closed on Tuesdays. I explained that this was not a realistic option because I'll be taking a trip tomorrow and that I should have been given more notice about the schedule change instead of being asked to rearrange my day at the last minute. Now, at 4 PM the day before my trip, I'm left scrambling to find a new place to get my brows done, which has added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. I have never had an issue with the quality of their work, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As a business owner, your number one priority should be taking care of your customers, especially long-term customers who have supported your business for years. Instead, the only response I received was essentially, "We changed your appointment, and it's your fault that you couldn't make it within the timeslot we provided 2 hours prior so we can't see you." It goes to show that as the business has grown, the level of care and consideration for long-term clients has gone down. I understand that things come up, but as a business owner, she should have been the one accommodating me or trying to figure out a solution rather than leaving me hanging after the changes were made on their side. After six years of being a customer, I expected much more consideration. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I will not be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others.
