They refused to cancel my membership and continued to take my money for nothing. They said, "its a contract". I said that ANY contract can be ripped up if both parties come to an agreement that they wish to sever ties. Of course, that would take them acting like actual human beings. No, they chose to grift hundreds of dollars out of my pocket while providing nothing in return. In short, these folks are EVIL. Stay away.

There are folks working out in the early morning but it is not crowded to where you can't get your routine in or have to wait for someone to finish a set. Membership includes a key fob that you can use to enter the gym during off hours. I like the convenience of doing your own thing and not having to wait for the gym to open up. There are two showers in the men's restroom. Be prepared to bring your own shampoo, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, etc. The membership is affordable so they really don't provide all the amenities you would find in a full service gym. You can leave your stuff in one of the many lockers they have right outside the restrooms. Bring your own lock to secure your personal belongings. There are plenty of parking spots right outside the gym, along 8th street, and across the street.

I loved coming here to get a quick mid-day workout or a little bonus gym time when my schedule permitted. For the low cost, convenience, and safety, it was worth it to add the NRGY membership as an adjunct to my BCBS global membership. The best part of this gym is that it is so well-maintained- nothing was ever broken, all of the equipment is very new, and the small space made it easy to get a quick full-body workout without having to walk across a large facility to access different equipment. I mostly visited during the day and later in the evening, and most times was the only person there.
