Good food, very affordable and a huge portion. Service was good and everything came out quick. Many different dishes on the menu so there's something for everyone. Restaurant is big so theyre ready to cater to large groups. Food is tasty and dishes are great for sharing so I'd suggest ordering different things and share between people. Wonton soup & beef and broccoli it's so cold everyone is staying home and getting delivery! My lucky night...hmmm maybe I'm too crazy (or cheap) to just order delivery lol! I used their online ordering system and overall was impressed with the experience. But, I was unable to order 'House Special Chow Mein" which is a favorite in our house. I also noticed the delivery charge was not added to the order, which meant that the price I agreed to was not complete and I had to pay an additional $4 on delivery. we had my Dad's Celebration of Life Dinner Party here tonight. Excellent food. they did a great menu selection for me. service was awesome. the thing I like is that the private room is available at no extra charge. this place has been here forever, and they have the best lunch buffet in town. i am so glad we chose to come here for this special occasion. read more

We ordered on- line in the afternoon for a 5:45 pick-up. When we arrived home we had been given the wrong order .We took it back and were given the correct order and a weak apology. Brought it home and there was no lettuce for the lettuce wraps. Called them and they said they would send it over, we declined..... by that time the food was barely warm and therefore not very appetizing, also greasy. The full charge appeared on the credit card. 100% best Chinese place I've ever been to, in and out of Kamloops! Sometimes I just go there for their egg rolls and chow mein. Most places, the chow mein is too oily and is veryyy bland. At shanghai their chow mein is full of flavour in each bite. Might go get some now lol read more

My roommates and I have been craving some good Chinese food so we decided to try this place. We phoned in this order for pickup and the woman who took the order was so nice! Also very helpful. We went and picked it up and we were greeted warmly and the food was ready right away. Now the most important part... the food was lovely! Will definitely go there again and try more. Food was great! BUT, we didn't get everything we ordered. Items were missed. Others were changed for and not received and we had other items double that we didn't ask for. The girl who took our order over the phone was clearly distracted while taking our call as we could hear her laughing through the phone at something else that was going on. The delivery guy had to be given explicit directions that he has to ring the apartment number to gain access to the building...it sounded originally like he wanted me to meet him outside in the parking lot to pick up the order. I travel to Kamloops regularly and enjoy trying new restaurants. This restaurant just became one of my favorite restaurants in town. I had the pork belly with preserved vegetables. The pork belly was so tender and delicious. If you haven't tried this before imagine thick pieces of moist bacon in gravy. It tastes really nice with rice. read more
