The Manzueta driver arrived in a well-maintained flat-bed and drove me and my ailing car many miles home. It takes skill to drive a big clangy tow truck gracefully on the highway -- which he did, and was also a super pleasant person to talk with after a long, frustrating day. If you need a tow truck in their area, I would certainly recommend them highly!

On the evening of 3/29/24 my fuel tank dropped out of my truck while driving home through Hubbardston. 20 years of salted roads took their toll and the straps rusted through. Ryan arrived on site in record time and had my 2004 Tundra and a full gas tank off the road and headed to the TJ shop on Gardner straight away. It took several days to get the necessary replacement parts from Toyota, but as soon as they arrived, Ryan had the new tank in place and I was on my way. Great service, good value, fair prices! Thank you Ryan and TJ! A++ TJ is a serious towing company serving central Mass with a large fleet of tow trucks, large and small. They are also a Mass inspection station.

I had used West previously so I wasn't anticipating any issues. The car was not operable due to a…read moredrive shifter issue. I called AAA and they referred me to West. We needed to have the car towed from house to the dealer for service. The driver was nice, and very careful loading up the car so everything seemed fine. When I asked him to hand the key to the dealer service rep, he said he'd just drop the car in the first available spot because the dealership is under construction and very busy. I immediately called the dealer to tell them the car would be there in about 30 min. The car was towed to the dealer, but the key was NOT handed to anyone and somehow lost! The driver claimed to have left it in the cup holder yet the dealer valet and service team could not locate it. Now, no one claims responsibility and we're out $200 to replace the key. West claims that it is routine for their drivers to just leave the key, but doesn't it seem reasonable to hand it off to an employee during business hours? Oh, and I had to drive to the dealer to provide the only remaining key so they could work on the car. Again, what seemed like good, careful service was lacking responsibility in something as simple as providing the car key to a dealer employee. I wouldn't recommend West again to deliver a car to a location. It seems it's their policy to drop it and leave.

I have never used any service provider that I felt so comfortable that I did not question repair or the fees and costs. Now, how did I get to this level of comfort ? I have heard one account after another saying how much Gary saved them i.e. A $4000.00 transmission replacement from the dealer at Dupreys was a flush and filter replacement. Or a front end repair that was a few weeks out of warranty, Gary contacted the manufacturer and got them to honor the warranty repair! These are common stories about Dupreys. It's not all about savings either, sometimes he gives advice about future maintenance, safety, longevity. Organic versus Synthetic, and the answer might surprise you... I have personally experienced many opportunities when a less scrupulous person would have lined their pockets and Gary, never has. Additionally, they do so many little things like pick up and drop off, top off of fluids, inspect and advise, maintain warranty database. If I had any knock at all it would be; no website.
