Our experience with those agents was that they were only interested in convincing us to buy a house so that they get their commission. That wasn't the case with Sabrina. Dustin made us a priority right off the bat and hit the ground running right along with us. At every turn, he met us with enthusiasm and positivity. He kept us in the loop, never let us go to bed stressed, went to bat for us countless times, and is just an all around wonderful human being. Dustin is probably one of the friendliest and most relatable people, but is also always ready to throw down for his clients to make things happen. Dustin really knows his stuff and is AMAZING at what he does, he always offered us his knowledge and advice, but also was open to all of our input and treated us as teammates. Ian and I were legitimately sad after we signed our last document because we wouldn't have as much contact with him anymore. We really did have the dream team of the home buying world and I can say with complete confidence that we would not be about to move into our dream home without them. THANK YOU!

Not only did Bill walk us through the entire process, but was available anytime we needed him, would make sure to always communicate with us and give progress updates, and was happy to answer our millions of questions. In the end he listened to our needs, found us a home we love, and went above and beyond to have our backs and make sure we weren't swindled by people who failed to disclose the truth about a property. He is the only realtor you will ever need to call. We were set to close escrow on Friday, on Thursday Bill calls and tells us that he had been doing some due diligence on the property, and found out that there was a failure to disclose some facts about the property we were buying. The information he found was a complete deal breaker for us, and we couldn't be more grateful to Bill for saving us from purchasing this property! However, we were further in a pickle, we had already given notice at our apartment and we would be homeless in a matter of weeks! But once again, Bill saved us. By working is magic, he was able to find us a home in our price range, in a perfect location, and worked with the seller so that we could move in to the house before the close of escrow and before we became homeless! Bill truly looked out for us and we had complete complete confidence in him, that he would take care of us throughout the entire process.

My 90 year old mother has been living for 35 years on her 20 acre olive orchard in Orland. When…read morethe day finally came that she agreed it was time to come live near family, I immediately started searching for a realtor who had experience selling agricultural property, specifically olive orchards. I found Johnny's name on an agricultural real estate website and saw that he had sold an orchard near my mom's the month before, so I called him. He called right back and discussed the property. My husband was up visiting my mom a few days after I spoke to Johnny, so we made arrangements for Johnny to come out and meet my mom and husband and see the property. Being 90 years old, my mom's a bit of a crusty little scrappy gal, so I wanted to be sure everything went well -- I let Johnny know my mom would require he run everything through me, which she always does. He was very accommodating in keeping me fully in the loop on all aspects of the transaction. Johnny did a lot of work to get my mom's property sold. He arranged for all the inspections in advance so we could let the potential buyers know what they would be buying since it was an "as is" sale. Johnny found the perfect buyers and the property sold less than 8 weeks of being on the MLS. Johnny always drove out to meet with mom and he walked her through all the paperwork and the sales process and made it completely stress free for her. Mom gets stressed easily, so Johnny's kind and patient nature made all the difference. Mom's moving down to live with me in So Cal and our family couldn't be happier to know she's safe and sound and no longer living on a large property all by herself. My brother, sister and I are very grateful for Johnny's work and how he made what could have been a very difficult undertaking easy and streamlined. I highly recommend Johnny Klinger from Century 21 Jeffries Lydon to be your real estate professional.
