I'm beyond impressed. Aaron pulled off a small miracle! Aaron is amazing at his job and amazing to work with. He made sure all of the documents were gathered and posted as part of the listing. He recommended getting an inspection before going on the market and then we had a list of things that a buyer might object to--things we could fix so that there would be no objections. He had recommendations for inspectors, handymen, even a stager to stage the condo. He and Isabella helped keep me sane during all this prep work by being there when workers were in the condo, as I'd moved out of town by the time the handyman, pressure-washers, cleaners and stager were doing their thing. Aaron answered every question I had about the process, the paperwork and contracts, everything. He also went over the offer and presented it to me clearly, going over each point and answering my questions. With Aaron's expertise and fantastic suggestions, I felt comfortable, excited, and encouraged throughout the process. In short, if you have any real estate transaction to make, Aaron and his team can turn your frustrations into celebrations.

I was in such a stressful spot... I found a rental home that I really liked and wanted to check out. Friends recommended that I reach out to Jason Heffron who had helped them navigate a couple of sales and purchases in the neighborhood. I didn't know if he would be amenable to futzing around with a small potatoes transaction but he showed up within 10 minutes with a smile on his face and a ton of ATX knowledge. Well, as these things happen, that rental was not the one and he helped me evaluate property after property until I came across a place that would be perfect for me...except it was for sale not for rent. The best laid plans of mice and men, am I right? The house had everything - a great lot, a great pool, a great aesthetic, a great layout and it had not yet hit the market. I wanted it bad. So, I decided to buy. As luck would have it, Jason's great reputation within the community and prior professional contacts and warranted reputation as a reliable straight shooter allowed me to get it under contract the *day* before it hit the market with no icky wrangling. There is no way this transaction would have happened off-market without his stellar rep for getting things done and getting things done right. I was soooo grateful. He has a great staff and team to make it all happen, too. He was a pleasure to work with, got me my ideal Austin digs, and it all started with him being rad and going the extra mile with me when some others might have found my call annoying or not worth their time.

He is not there just to sell you a house, he will educate you about what house not buy. You also want an agent that is fast to show you the deals that would go quickly and also he knows how to talk to other agents to make the deal for you. Now that im buying houses in another city i miss working with Matt.

As a matter of fact, he continues to help my colleagues to date. I know he's helped at least 10 of my colleagues over the course of the last few years because I personally referred him to them. There are likely more though given that my referrals have referred him too. Matt not only pours everything he knows about Real Estate but he is generous with his time. I know because I've taken up much of it. For example, I'm looking to passively buy a second home. I'm being extra particular about what I want and haven't bought anything yet but he's more than spent weekends with me touring new neighborhoods and homes. Not once has he complained or turned me down. Above giving his time and knowledge (both of which are very precious) he gives me his unwaivering integrity. I KNOW that he will not steer me in the wrong direction and even break my heart if he sees something that's not right with the house. For example, I found what I thought would be my ideal second home. He walked through the home, read through the disclosures, and recommended that I find another home and we keep looking because there were way too many red flags that outweighed the pros.

I am so grateful for Andrew and I know you will be too! My husband and I randomly met him at an open house and we instantly clicked. Two months later (including closing time!), we were moving furniture into our new investment property. That's how fast and efficiently Andrew moves! He also has such an incredible team of lenders, inspectors and title companies he works with, which makes the process very smooth. Speaking of smooth, Andrew brokered the deal for our new house while he was on vacation in Spain. Yes, that's right - the Spain that is a seven-hour time difference away. He happily drew up a contract and wheeled and dealed at 4am like it was nothing. Andrew is not only phenomenal at his job but also very kind and so so funny, which makes the home buying experience actually fun - which it should be! Buying a house is a life moment and Andrew helps make that moment even more special. My husband and I not only got a new house but a new friend too. He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close.
