Matt is hands down the best agent ever. I have worked with more than 10 agents in different cities and Matt is just another level. Most of the agents either just open the door for you and give you general info or worse they just give you compliments about the house. Matt on the other hand will tell you things that you might not see wrong about the house, im not talking about nit picky stuff, im talking about important things foundation, location, view problems. He is not there just to sell you a house, he will educate you about what house not buy. You also want an agent that is fast to show you the deals that would go quickly and also he knows how to talk to other agents to make the deal for you. Now that im buying houses in another city i miss working with Matt. read more

Matt helped me buy my first house nearly 3 years ago. He was a referral from several colleagues who have purchased and sold homes with Matt. As a matter of fact, he continues to help my colleagues to date. I know he's helped at least 10 of my colleagues over the course of the last few years because I personally referred him to them. There are likely more though given that my referrals have referred him too. Matt not only pours everything he knows about Real Estate but he is generous with his time. I know because I've taken up much of it. For example, I'm looking to passively buy a second home. I'm being extra particular about what I want and haven't bought anything yet but he's more than spent weekends with me touring new neighborhoods and homes. Not once has he complained or turned me down. Above giving his time and knowledge (both of which are very precious) he gives me his unwaivering integrity. I KNOW that he will not steer me in the wrong direction and even break my heart if he sees something that's not right with the house. For example, I found what I thought would be my ideal second home. He walked through the home, read through the disclosures, and recommended that I find another home and we keep looking because there were way too many red flags that outweighed the pros. read more

Matt Holm & Anuarbek Imanbaev helped me buy a beautiful condo that I absolutely LOVE! Impeccable professionalism, rapid turnaround, and deep expertise in the red-hot Austin market made working with them and their team a joyful experience from start to finish. One of the Ace cards they bring to the table is the ability to coach the buyer through some of the toughest decisions, including which properties are worth making an offer on, which ones have structural problems and thus need to be avoided, and how to navigate a bidding competition. In the end, I found the exact property that met my needs, and I trust you'll have a similar experience if you work with Holm Team. Be prepared: if you see an Austin property you love, wiser to overpay a little and get the one you want, if it works for your finances, IMO! read more

How did I hear about Matt? Why of course through a referral because of how wonderful he is throughout the entire process... I actually had a few referrals to choose from, however, after speaking to each of the referred realtors, he was definitely the one that was quick to respond and answered all my questions in my easy to understand language. Not only was he helpful on the selling of my home, he was also helpful and knowledgeable on buying my newer home. He was patient with me when I asked many questions I didn't understand. He followed up with me to check in on the lending part to ensure a smooth partnership between all involved. Ultimately, it went as smooth as it could be. Does that stop there? No, even after the closing, he still answers my questions... and he already has on his calendar to remind me for the new year to check in and walk me through on my new home's homestead exemption process. If that does not deserve a five star, I do not know what will. If you need to work with a reliable, responsive, knowledgeable realtor, he is your expert to go to!! Thank you Matt and your assistant Allie for everything!! read more

If you're looking for the best in Austin when you buy a home or sell your home, you can feel confident that you're in the best hands with Matt Holm. I've bought and sold a home in Austin without Matt's help and with Matt's help, and let me tell you, the difference was monumental. When we used Matt to help us find and purchase a home in West Lake Hills, the entire process was easy and stress-free. He's incredibly professional, easy to work with and his experience really did shine through. He makes himself available when you need him and does a great job of answering questions and making sure you understand the process. Over the years, Matt always kept in touch. We went to a couple of his open houses and were always impressed with how he worked. He brought us exciting real estate opportunities and he always had access to a great network of people to help us in any way that he could - from business contacts to landscaping contacts. Matt's rolodex is pretty impressive. When you have questions related to real estate, you can call Matt anytime to discuss and he really will help you and always give advice that is in YOUR best interest. Many times, we would call him with ideas and he would talk us through them and offer advice and hand over his best contacts to help us. We were always impressed with Matt, but the way he handled the sale of our Rollingwood home really made us realize how lucky we were to have him. We had moved out of state already, so we needed someone we could trust that was very hands-on. My husband and I are highly organized and detail-oriented (perfectionist) type people. We aren't the easiest clients to work with, and we know it. Matt, however, never made us feel like our high demands were too much. He's always calm, collected and able to handle any issue that comes up. If he has a differing opinion, he will let you know in a respectful, easy way, but will make sure you understand that he is there to make you happy and successful. He handled everything perfectly. Professionally landscaped and staged elegantly. Classy beautiful brokers open and open house. Everything was perfectly organized, easy and flawless from start to finish. That's what we expect at this price point. He delivered. We whole heartedly recommend Matt Holm. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt. I never vouch for people because you never really know, but Matt is one of only 3 people I've encountered professional that I would vouch for. He is an incredible realtor with more knowledge about all aspects of the real estate industry and all aspects of home ownership. He has every resource in the world ready for you and every bit of information you could ever need or want. I have used him on 3 separate occasions for home sales and purchases, and have recommended him to family, friends, and strangers. My parents used them for their purchase, my friend for her purchase, and several clients of mine have used him when they needed to purchase a home. He is honest, reliable, and always available to speak with you. He is great at negotiating and getting you the best deal possible. In a down market he sold my home in 3 weeks! In the up market he sold my home in less than 48 hours. I needed a quick sale as my purchase of my new home had a 2 week contingency so I called him Friday at 9 p.m. and it was sold on Sunday! Incredible! You cannot go wrong with hiring and/or using him for home buying and selling! read more

Matt is an outstanding agent who consistently goes above and beyond a typical realtor's duties!! As first time and out-of-state home buyers, working with Matt always made us feel like we were in good hands. He was clearly a knowledgable and experienced agent, dedicated to finding us our first home. After we made an offer, Matt remained reliable and guided us through the entire closing process. We are now in our new home and could not be happier! He will be the only agent we use in the future and we highly recommend him to anyone else. Thank you Matt!! - Peter and Carena read more

Matt was recommended to us by a mortgage banker we trust completely. We had been interviewing for an agent and, when we met Matt, it was clear he was the right choice. Matt helped us to quickly sell our house for a reasonable price. He had some great ideas to help make sure that prospective buyers saw the value. He worked with us on the purchase of our replacement house as well. He was there for every visit with the builder, the design center, walk throughs, and closing. It felt as if we were Matt's only client. We very highly recommend Matt for any Realtor needs. read more

First and for most I want to thank Matt For helping my family and I get our first home!!! I am very greatful that I was able to find a great person and a great opportunity.... If I would have not found the advertisement on my car I would probably still be throwing my money away on rent... Matt was a wonderful realtor throughout the whole process... Communication was excellent as he contacted me ASAP when I had a question... Overall I was very satisfied with him.... I would highly recommend Matt to anyone out there looking for a home... If there is a way Matt will find it.... Thank you Matt!!!! read more

Last April we started looking for a home to purchase. On the recommendation of a friend, we called Matt. I am so happy we did. As first time home buyers we did not know exactly what to expect but Matt walked us through every step of the way. He listened to what we wanted and was even able to find us a home that fit our needs before it went on the market! I now understand why my friend was so persistent about me calling Matt. Once you use Matt as your agent, you will never use anyone else again. He is so knowledgeable and trustworthy that we really felt we were being represented by the best. It took so much stress out of the process and for that I am thankful. My recommendation is if you are looking for a realtor, at least give Matt a call. After you speak with him one time you will understand why past clients are so quick to recommend him. read more

I don't know were to even start about how wonderful Matt has been. We clicked from the beginning. He is truly a God send. Being a single mom trying to sell one home and get another built at the same time, to get my child in to the right school district was quite a stressful time for me. Matt helped me hold it together. He has always been more than patient and kind. Even when I was probably his most emotional client ever. Even after all was said and done he has always continued to be supportive. I cannot think of one thing throughout the whole selling/building process that Matt didn't go to bat for me on or make things right. My family and I are truly blessed to have been introduced to him. I have referred him to many, many people that have hired him and referred him on to their friends and family. I highly recommend Matt Holm. You will NOT be disappointed!! read more

I met Matt a few years ago and have worked with him a number of times. He has gone out of his way to help sell our properties. Matt has a unique ability to connect with people and make either buying or selling a home a pleasurable experience. Matt did a phenomenal job of selling our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the answers to all our real estate questions and got us exactly the price that we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone that is buying or selling a home. I have been in multiple real estate transactions and the selling of my home with Matt Holm was effortless and The Best Real Estate Experience I ever had. Matt, "Job Very Well Done!" read more

What an incredible agent!!!! I have done a lot of research regarding home construction and felt like I had a pretty good foundation of knowledge but nothing beats experience. Matt asked questions of the builders and myself that I had never even considered. We went to every site and really compared and looked at everything. He educated and listened to me. I never thought I would have such a blast with a real estate agent. There was never any pressure to spend more or buy now, plus he bent over backwards to make himself available. My budget wasn't outrageous, but he sure made me feel like a million bucks. Just like some others, I cannot say enough good things. I sure am glad that someone recommended him to us because I could not be happier and will never use another agent. read more

I tell you this guy Matt is on top of this game. I agree with some other posts like Jaime, B.B. and Allie. You never know who your dealing with in a high commission structured business. Being very skeptical of realtors in this business, I thought he was a fast talking sales person with a cool electric super car, not to mention a strong resemblance to actor Leo Dicaprio. I didnt know what to think. But his confidence, pleasant bed side manners and super honest personality, earned our attention. I found Matt to have a lot of integrity, relentless fighter and takes each assignment very personal. Telling you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. I met many realtors soliciting for my business before him and even more after I met him and stuck with the guy- NO Pressure whats over, which is refreshing in this business of those trying to make a quick buck. He made me forget about them, because I was assured I was in the right hands at all time. Possesses top knowledge about the best towns with the best schools and big on price appreciation ideas. We're very glad so far and going to close shortly on a Leander property that he negotiated as a 'smoking' deal. A shrewd and hard nose negotiator with 'ice in his veins', super-serving his clients is his top priority. Solid advice on homestead exemption, tax properties and inspection/construction process. Also has lots of connection with builders/lenders that makes the final close process eze and painless. So he takes accountability and sees it thru out, full cycle- front to end and continue to take questions (where other realtors will disappear after contract and only come by later to see if the paint in your new house is dry while their picking up their check with the builders-what a joke) . He picks up the phone absolutely most of the time and returns emails 100%, even late at night. Sleeps, eats and probably breeds the business 24/7. We owe his po' wife at least a couple dozen flowers and chocolates. ;o) Looking forward to post a follow up to this when the dust settles. Cheers read more
