I was searching for a duplex in Sacramento and had very specific criteria: side-by-side units, strong rental potential, and a great neighborhood. I knew exactly what I wanted, but I knew very little about Sacramento. Mairin was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She showed me several properties, helped me understand the different neighborhoods, and guided me through an unfamiliar market with confidence and ease. She was also incredibly generous with her local knowledge and always willing to share her trusted resources and connections, which proved invaluable as someone new to the area. When I finally found the right property, she skillfully negotiated a fantastic deal on my behalf. Mairin truly knows her business, and it's clear that her clients' best interests are always her top priority. I couldn't have asked for a better agent and would recommend her without hesitation. I wish her much continued success!

We bought our first home just under 6 years ago through her and the process was so fun, exciting and smooth. This time around we hit her with a double whammy: sell our current home AND get us into a different one. Here's the kicker: we want to close on both properties at the same time but we want time to move out of the old place so things aren't rushed, mistakes aren't made and accidents don't happen. She made that happen. Kortney works tirelessly to make sure all of her clients are well taken care of. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is also the sweetest woman you'll ever meet. She's got a heart of gold and won't stop fighting for your transaction until she feels like you are HAPPY. And I mean, legit, happy. She knew I wasn't a fan of the house my husband picked out for us, but she also knew that if I sold mine for enough, I could make it something I loved. Well she made that happen too. To say I am happy with all of my transactions through Kortney would be an understatement. She is phenomenal at what she does and I would NEVER imagine using someone else.

She is smart, brutally honest, knows California real estate, and doesn't like to waste time. Her work ethic is hard charging and she is a fierce negotiator. We didn't exactly pick a stunning time to sell (during COVID-19 restrictions), but life happens when it happens and Jen took on the challenge. Before our home hit the market, Jen shared her incredible knowledge with us on what to do to prepare our home. Her instructions were detailed and we followed them to the letter. Our trust in her market knowledge and professional savviness paid off. We accepted an offer within six hours of hitting the market and for more than asking price. You can't do better than that, especially during a pandemic! We literally went pending at the end of the first day on the market. During escrow, some unexpected challenges popped up as they sometimes do during home sale transactions. Jen was not only on top of them each time, but actually anticipated them and had pre-negotiated conditions with the buyers to effectively handle them. We were amazed with Jen's ability to predict where issues might arise and then resolve them immediately to keep the deal on track. She understands the challenges and is a calming force in a sea of real estate sales uncertainty. She is patient with her clients in what seems like endless questions, and communicates often, clearly, and honestly. Her integrity is impeccable. If you are looking to sell your home and want a seasoned professional that will be there for you through thick and thin, do yourself a favor and call Jen. We highly recommend her. Give her a chance to earn your business. You will be glad you did. Just be ready to move because she will sell your home. 5 out of 5 stars!
