I started to call a list of agents, which came up during my "Realtor Ellis County" Google search - I know, not very sophisticated in approach, but effective! For context, I have worked with a lot of Realtors, as I have rental properties, so buying/selling is very familiar to me - the process, the highs/lows, the contractual obligations and the negotiation roller coaster. Abby was the 3rd Realtor I called, and the only one that answered her phone - which I quickly learned is how she works - responsive, available, action-oriented, and a great sense of urgency when it matters, all an round top notch realtor and partner, for prospective buyers/sellers. In full transparency, I missed things in the first 2-3 homes she showed me, that had the potential to be real costly if we moved forward - so kudo's to her for being that diligent in representing her client! Hands down, one of THE BEST Realtors I have had the pleasure of working with over the past 23 years. Go Abby, highly recommend, and if the opportunity arises - I will seek her out, no more Google searching for me !

What makes me happier is that we are only one street away from my mother in law. I'm definitely going back to her when I purchase my first home! Dislikes: at first the deposit was 1500, couple days later rental owner wanted double deposit plus first months rent. I didn't mind because I'm such a clean freak so I know I will get my money back. I did see a few holes and dints in the walls which will require pictures taken before I move in all my things, possibly video as well. Overall Kats will answer all questions and will get back to you asap. Thank you and God bless you.

After just a few minutes chatting I knew she was going to be the one to help me find my new home. We met up and she asked ALL the questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. By that evening she set up my search and within a day I had a list of homes to dig through all fitting my wants and needs. She really made me feel like I was her number one client (even though I knew I wasn't). Communication was always quick, she had all the answers to my questions and great suggestions. Being new to the state there were a lot of things to be aware of that I didn't know about. So one of my favorite things was she didn't hide the flaws. She was always honest and pointed out everything, good and bad, so I was fully aware of everything. From start to finish Stacy was always on top of it. She had a person for everything! And every single one of them was just as fantastic as she was. The escrow and closing process was seamless. Every single one of the million documents sent to me she was willing to explain and even walk through each line with me. I never once was concerned when signing a document. I had 100% confidence everything was correct. I said it before but I'm going to say it again, Stacy was a real blessing. Buying a house is the biggest purchase you will make in your life. There's no doubt in my mind I got the best realtor in all of Texas! Thank you Stacy for finding the house that checked off all my boxes and more!!

I thought I was able to complete a search and locate a place on my own but I couldn't tell the difference between Oak Cliff and Oak Tree. He even met me Superbowl morning to check out one location I was interested in. Matt pulled multiple rabbits out of his hat during the application process to ensure that I got everything in to the real estate agent and to keep me encouraged about the process. I am proud to say that due to Matt's experience and hard work, my son and I move into our home this Saturday. Thanks so much Matt!
