The mezze plate was great, as we got a little taste of the highlights of the menu including the falafel and the hummus. But what really stood out was the chicken shawarma, which was honestly one of the best I have had. Perfectly cooked with white sauce on top, so flavorful. The owner was great throughout the night with attentive service. Would highly recommend this authentic Syrian restaurant while in Paris!

The portions are generous and I recommend sharing a plate or pita with someone because it's a lot! Great place to stop by after a day of shopping. No wait for our party of 8 despite the very limited seating (they gave us two tables of four) because it was 3pm in the afternoon.

The chicken couscous with raisins and chickpeas had fresh vegetables, gorgeous gilled meats, and additional spices to personalize the dish. The pepper/feta/balsamic appetizer was just delicious. This meal at Le Sirocco was hearty, healthy and topped off with a fresh orange & mint along with fresh mint tea. Look forward to our next visit!

cozy food and lovely service! very warm interior, with a very fresh and constantly updated menu…read morethat has lots of options for everyone! in a nice quiet street in paris, that offered a great refuge from the cold. prices are reasonable, and the service was really amazing! we walked in without a reservation, and were seated near the door, but the interior is very small, so i would suggest coming earlier. for an appetizer, we had the eggplant puree (baba ganoush), and it was very classic - no complaints. we ordered one of the beef saj, which was quite nice, and very filling for a good price. the fries were nice and crispy and flavorful, while still being soft and fluffy inside. the dipping sauce was also very nice - almost like a spiced thousand island sauce. the other item that we ordered was the plate of the day (ratatouille), which was very balanced. it came with rice and a side salad. i will say that it wasn't really a traditional view of ratatouille, as i would assume there to be more zucchini/etc, but it was delicious nonetheless. to compensate for the cold, the owners offered us a free coffee or dessert, of which we chose the latter, which were nutella pitas! even gave us a little discount on our meal :-)

Probably one of if not the Poorest customer service in all of Paris. I went for a late night bite…read morerecently and they claimed they would serve us. They sat us down in their empty first floor of their restaurant and went downstairs to where all their other customers were that ordered food too. We felt separated as we all speak English and are from USA. They purposely sat us upstairs and came to almost check up on us every 15-20 minutes saying "we will take your order soon we are busy." They were so "busy" that their restaurant was empty and they kept laughing at us in the back as if we were dummies waiting for food and as if we should just leave. We kept contemplating on leaving but wanted to stay as it was getting late and was cold outside. Then, about 1 hour later, yes, one hour they kept us in their unserved no menus no water or anything, they said "sorry we cannot serve you anymore" and we proceeded to ask why. They stated that they were again too busy even though their store was practically empty and we immediately stormed out the door super upset and hungry. We wanted quality food or any food for the matter, and we ended up getting "played" by these people in the restaurant. Terrible service and I would suggest to never step foot in either of their locations.
