Darrin constantly over promised and lied about the project from the start and then disappeared leaving the work site a mess, unfinished, and tools outside in the rain. I only found out about what happened after I was put in contact with his father to come pick up his trailer and tools from my property. I'm out thousands of dollars and stuck scrambling to find others to complete my garage as the winter and bad weather are upon us. I hope Darrin is able to recover and get better but this has been a horrible experience filled with lies and stress. I would not suggest hiring this company unless it is under different management, and even then do not pay any money up front.

I left a message with Fullerton Landscaping, LLC who also does outdoor septic work. President Ben Fullerton called right back then came down that day to survey the work, provided me with an estimate then, realizing I had a real emergency on hand, moved me to the top of his list and arranged his schedule to match mine such that he could get started asap. Pretty amazing. To summarize, once he got underground, the job turned out to be bigger than he first thought, but he kept me apprised of exactly what was required. He had to sub out some electrical work, and once he got the bill from the electrician he felt it was too high. Rather than just silently pass it along to me, he went to bat and got it lowered to a more reasonable number. Again, pretty amazing. I can't recommend Ben and his company highly enough: Very prompt service, very reasonable cost and most important, high quality, professional results. What more could you ask? Oh, I know... he and his co-workers are just really nice, pleasant folks to deal with.

When I asked that in FUTURE that they do the whole walk and porch they said I could not be pleased and that they will no longer service my property...I have a contract saying that they will clear walk and porch... This only happened today and we had been happy with them so far this winter. The cancellation of my contract without even talking about it blew me away. Now I have to scramble to either find another snow plower or buy a snowblower and do it myself when I get up there for remainder of winter. My driveway is about 75-100 feet long, curved and has a hill not easy to do with a blower.
