I went to him long enough to say that I was comfortable enough talking to him about my ongoing…read morehealth problem. I was doing most of the work however and didn't feel like I was getting any actual help but because I had no support in my life, it felt somewhat relieving when I complained. He was a good listener and rarely made suggestions to take directions and I was fine with that because I hated the way typical therapists who asked the same standard questions that I personally found disturbing. I didn't expect him to be a two-faced person where he wouldn't support me after all however. At one point, I was supposed to have surgery that my life depended on and the surgeon needed his letter. I don't know what he said about me when he was contacted but the surgeon didn't proceed with the surgery when to my knowledge, Dr Dikun was on the same page with me. I felt betrayed from the person who I told my very personal problems to. He wasn't an open minded person who didn't see what was for the best. Now I live with the regret of that surgery's delay and the pain that has damaged my life. In addition, I was not aware at the time that he was in fact committing malpractice by using my parents' insurance to charge for my appointments when I had a totally different insurance that he wasn't accepting. I regret very much wasting my time with him when he was nothing but a backstabber.
