We tried just about every mattress in the store while Tom talked about the differences of all of them(good & bad). He never pressured us into anything, he was just honest about the differences and what works and what doesn't. It made our mattress buying experience the best because we didn't have to feel pressure on one setup versus the other because he made it easy. Here's where it gets interesting, refunds on your card take at LEAST 14 business days. Seriously!!?? This day in age, that's completely asinine. I'm on business day 12, every time I call their "corporate office" in Houston, they say there is no one else to talk to, it has been processed. Accounting has approved the refund, blah, blah. Really? It's easier to return a frikkin car than it is a mattress at this place. Bottom line: shop elsewhere!!
