We've brought countless friends here to try it and it's a heafty feat! You get around 40 to 50 pieces of shrimp, around 10 things of potatoes, six things of corn, and sausage too... it's humongous. You really get your moneys worth! If I'm being honest I haven't tried anything else here but I can assume it's equally amazing! I'm really looking forward to coming back here in the summer and enjoying this on their outdoor patio. But so far really love mallards and will always recommend it as it go to spot for anything seafood related! At our most recent stop our waiter was kind gave us lots of recommendations and was quick to refill our drinks or ask if we needed anything throughout our entire experience. Unresponsive and unhelpful…read more He mailed us the homeowners packet but we never got mailbox key, which he later said was in the packet he mailed us. We didn't have access to our mail for over a month. Derrick's stance was that all he was required to do was mail us the packet, everything else was on the homeowner. The only useful thing his team did was got us a name of the local post master. The post office opened the cluster mailbox for us and within was the packet with the original mailbox keys. Save yourself the headache, don't buy a listing where he represents the seller.

This was my 4th home purchase an he was by far the hardest to get a hold of. Questions seemed to be tip toed around..... knew it was a really busy time and tried to excuse the poor service for this reason. However we are now in the home Derrick had listed but with hiccups along the way. I have been around this block a good handful of times to know that the issues lies with him and not my realtor who has gone above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of..... we had questions about the home, took a long time to get answers. Inspection came back and we asked a faulty item be replaced on or be4 closing. It was agreed upon that it would wait for item to be replaced after closing but paid for when we closed. At closing it was brought up that item would be purchased after closing due to sellers no being able to sell if having to pay the $700 now. Derrick stated that they just received this information day prior.... However this was the very first time it was brought up..... Now it has been two months since we closed. Said item was a window on the front of my home. The window had panes, I was clear and even asked again in closing that the window replacement would have said panes. The sellers of the home we're quiet Derrick chimes in yes, the female seller seemed like she was going to say something else but it was put to bed quickly with Derrick.. perception he was being sneaky new window came with no panes to match. His sellers wasted 700 dollars on a window that will be replaced again as does not match the others on the home and brought down curb appeal. Neither Derrick or his sellers are willing make it right. Pathetic and something I hope y'all are catious about when dealing with Derrick. He is not transparent and seems sneaky. I believe the sellers of my home were good people steered wrong by a sneaky realtor. Buyers an sellers beware.
