I knew because it was blinking blue instead of green so it wasn't new. Even defective elf bars blink green if they're brand new. So I went back! I asked him if it had been used and the guy said "yeah some guy tried it and didn't like the flavor so I just put it back in the box" YOU DID WHAT SIR. Omg. So I just asked if I could have a cali plus instead. Girl, don't go here. Go get a pack of cigarettes from the gas station before u buy a vape from here. I need some mouthwash

Got plenty of TV's to watch the games on and got a few arcade machines if that's your thing. The food is always solid. If you're looking for aesthetics, this isn't your place, however if you're looking for a "Cheers" type vibe where folks know your name and you can get some great food, this is your spot.

I was still like "we'll see about that". Parking wasn't too bad. Being that it's on the perimeter of Columbia Mall or what was Columbia Mall, there's parking surrounding the business. It wasn't too packed which was great. We walked in and sat ourselves at a table. The waitress came over and greeted us within a few minutes. I believe they have happy hour in the price of $3 for their house liquors. The drinks are made well. The menu had a bit of a variety and it was hard for me to choose what I wanted because everything seemed like it would be tasty. After placing an order, the salads came out within 10-15 minutes, then the appetizer and right after the entrées. The food was hot. I ordered the egg rolls and the sweet and spicy wings. I wish the appetizer, which were the egg rolls, would have came out sooner as they were warm than hot, but they were good and came with a specialty sauce. It had a light kick but was tasty. The wings were good and hot. The sweet and spicy sauce had a good taste. I wish they were crispier as I requested. The fries were so good! Hot and seasoned well. The salads looked great as well but I did not have those. Their chicken club sandwich looked good as well and my sister said it was delicious!

Our group has 13 and fortunately we had 11 today, which probably was about the most they could've managed at that table. Waiter was great. Took our drink orders and burger orders. Had a variety of orders (Poncho, Classic, Tuesday's Special Ron Swanson's), with regular fries and sweet potato fries. Burgers were very good, everyone happy with the exception of one burger getting dropped on the floor, resulting in that person waiting for about 10 minutes to get a replacement. Meanwhile he chomped on some of his fries. Overall food was great. Only issue is with the loud music. Music is good music, just way to loud. Everytime we go here nobody can here each other talk across the table. (We always sit at the big corner table on the right as you walk in). Fries were okay....nothing special. Burgers are the thing. Wish they would offer some home fries along with the regular and sweet potato fries. Only complaint we have is the loud music. Just tone it down about 3db.

The waitress was kind but the food took a long time about 30 min to come out. It was not just for our table but everyone's who was there. The issue is with the manager or lead on site. My friend did not like the food she ordered. The waitress was kind but when she asked to get something else the manager or shift lead was extremely rude, short tempered, and made the whole situation extremely uncomfortable. We were calm and he was very hostile. He should not be working in customer service. We understand that it was an inconvenience. We asked nicely and explained about the food. The waitress was very kind and receptive but the manager disgusting behavior. Please be aware when you go you may have a different experience or you may have the same. He is unkind. My friend asked if she could get Arron con pollo. It came out and then we asked for the bill. The bill had the original entree on it and not the arroz con pollo. It was a dollar or two different. We didn't care. We said we would pay it to the waitress. The manager came over and abrasively told us the price was the same and said okay then snapped his neck and rolled his eyes and walked away. Completely disgusted with his behavior that was uncalled for and we were polite and respectful. We know how it is to be in the service industry. Beware of the manager or shift lead.
