Easily five stars. Even though it was busy, we didn't wait too long, but it was worth it. The burgers taste so fresh and so well seasoned. The sauce was perfect. The bun was grilled, but soft on top. The crinkle cut fries were also very good. I think anyone that gives them a bad review does not understand the concept of what it is. For what it is, the quality is very good, and the taste is amazing.

Very cute spot with a delicious milkshake recipe. Everything about the experience to include kid friendly-ness was awesome. I felt like my smash burger patty looked like lace- a little too much air and not enough meat but that is possibly just my preference.

We were recommended this place while we were at Mary Bridge for my son. We always try to find places we don't have in our area (aka fast food chains) and this place is quite the gem. The service was great. We got there right after they opened and it wasn't super busy. We were helped and we sat down. The vibes is very burger shack. It's not fancy or anything but it's definitely fun. I love the bar type seating round the center of the room. The shakes are delicious and you get a lot. Our food came out pretty quickly and it was, so dang good. The burgers were perfect diner/burger shack burgers. They had flavor and were so delicious. The fries and side are fried and season to perfection. The sauces are also amazing. I'm so glad we found this place and can add it to our list of places when we come to Mary Bridge.

This is a really cool place aesthetically but boy does the service suffer. When I visited, there was only one other person in the restaurant and I'm certain that he'd already ordered. There was one employee, and she was stocking thing or making place settings or something when I entered. I was not greeted nor given any instruction. I found the area where you order food, and I stood there for quite some time before the employee came over and asked if I would like to order. I ordered a Jumbo Smitty and a side of BBQ Bacon Cheesy fries. It took longer than I expected for my food to be prepared but I knew it was ready because the cook hit the bell to signal the other employee that my order was ready. She had just been helping some other customers and didn't hear the 'DING' and so my food sat there. It sat there for so long that by the time she realized that it was up there and finally brought it out to me, it was cold. The 1/4 lb patties must weigh 1/4 lb before they are cooked but as you can see in my photos, that does not look anything like 1/2 lb of beef and for $14.79, I was sorely unimpressed by the burger. Since everything here is ala cart, the fries cost me $11.49 and there were so many that I couldn't eat them all, but I wasn't very impressed with them either. They did have more bacon on them than I had expected so overall, that was probably the best part of my visit. I can't blame the restaurant for it but while I was there, two women came in with a toddler and they were being very rude and crazy loud. I had to get up and move to the back of the restaurant to get away from it. Then a huge crowd of people came in for what looked like a student government meeting of sorts. I overheard one woman asking if their order would be ready soon as they were on a time schedule. She informed the employee that they had placed their order online and set the visit time for their arrival and the employee said that they had never received the order. So, they had about 25 hungry people who had already placed their orders and limited time but no food. I don't know who's mistake that was but if that's the way this place is run, I don't see them being very successful in the future. A cool vintage interior and very loud 50's music can only carry this restaurant so far. They really need to work on training the employees in customer service and attentiveness. As for the food, it wasn't good enough for me to become a repeat customer but if you haven't been here, don't let my review stop you. Go see for yourself and hopefully you have a better experience than I did. Cheers!

Stadium burger, mushroom Swiss burger, fries, and onion rings

Stopped in for lunch for corn dogs and tater tots. Ordered at the counter and food was fast and as expected. Condiments were easy to get and restaurant was clean. Good spot when you want to have a corn dog, didn't quite have ea big enough appetite for a milkshake but those are so good, too.

Wow this burger is what I needed in my life today. So big I almost couldn't finish it, paired up nicely with their fantastic onion rings and a Nutella shake. My wife had a stadium burger and an almond roca shake, both of these were wonderful too. Also I totally dug the vibe. The owner said they found many of the decorations at a bowling alley, but it sure didn't feel like it, it just had that classic diner feel, I can't wait to make my move to the area and eat here regularly.

The service was fast and the milkshake was milky. To Me the ambiance was very 80s but in a cool way

Single Classic with cheese and a basket size of fries

My husband and I were in the area and I really wanted to try this place out. The interior is retro but looked great! You order your food at the counter then can go find a seat. The employees we had encounters with were super nice! I liked that they had an updated payment system so you can pay with even your phone. I ordered a single classic with cheese plain and a basket sized fries. My husband ordered a jumbo smitty and a small order of tator tots. The portion sizes for the sides were a lot so that was nice. My burger was a bit flat and the bun tasted like flour but otherwise it was fine.

My boyfriend and I decided to go inside to order while my little brother and our dogs waited for us outside. They have a lot of seating inside, a well-maintained bathroom, a water station, a spot to open bottled drinks and more. You order through a kiosk as my boyfriend and I stood at the ordering spot and they seemed too busy to notice us. Once we placed our order, we saw how efficient the workers were at getting orders made. They were quite busy when we arrived and even afterwards as there was people coming in to order or pick up orders. We ordered the Saeuji, Seoul Burger, Bulgogiger, Biscoff Shake, Hwachaeji, Fanta, garlic French fries, and french fries. The food and drinks were all so good, but we all agreed that the Saeuji was the best of the three. The Biscoff Shake was refreshing and smooth and I really enjoyed the modern twist on hwachaeji.

Since this was our first time we added ketchup to our hotdog but didn't realize that they provided ketchup at the pick up window. (Made the hotdog bread soggy) The cheese burgers were yummy but a greasy mess. (Plan to have many napkins) The milkshakes and fries were perfect! Make sure to take a spoon for the shake since they are thick. The staff were friendly and the vibe was chill since it's just order and go. On our map showed up Out and About with amazing reveiws. What we did not realize was that it is in a U-Haul parking lot. This makes it a little bit of a tight squeeze if there is a long line but the staff here work fast to get your food out quickly to you. In total, it took less than 10 minutes from when we turned in and ordered to when we were leaving with our food. The burgers here are delicious - as many have compared, I would say they are akin to an In and Out burger, which is one of my favorite burgers. If I went back, I would bypass the fries. I like mine crispy and these were a bit limp. That's okay though because, again, the burger is amazing. Definitely worth a stop in. And in my opinion, the perfect stop if you're hungry and heading back to Seattle from a hike at Mt. Rainier.

It's a really tiny little trailer, so I understand they're working with limited space, but having cars loop around in what feels like a figure-eight can be chaotic. People get impatient, start honking, and it's easy to accidentally cut someone off without realizing it. They're just burgers, people--everyone needs to relax a little! That said, despite how busy it was, the line moved surprisingly fast. I ordered a double cheeseburger with everything, a side of onion rings, and a black raspberry shake. The shake was fantastic--definitely a highlight of the meal. The burger was also really good: flavorful, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. The only disappointment was the onion rings. They were incredibly greasy--so much so that they actually upset my stomach. I'm not sure if that's typical, but I probably wouldn't order them again. Next time I'd give the fries a try instead. One thing that really stood out was the pricing. It's refreshing to find a place that still offers fair prices when it feels like everything else costs an arm and a leg these days. Overall, I'd definitely come back. The burger and shake were worth it, and as long as I skip the onion rings, I think it'll be a solid meal.

It was ice cold with the right amount of sweetness. Second drink I got was their pina colada and it was to die for. Their coconut cream is chef's kiss.
