The pavers were not filled with concrete correctly. His worker left cigarette butts all over the yard. I caught one worker peeing on a bush in my front lawn!!! Every day it was a battle to get him to finish any part of the job. Avoid this contractor at all costs.

Happy to sign and provide: Whether you are asking to see their license, reviews or a written contract, a good contractor will be happy and willing to provide. If you suspect hesitation, or the contractor seems to keep putting it off, it could be a red flag that others have had less than a great experience. You need to reconsider before you make a commitment. We signed contract in March work to done about June 20. Well they confirmed in April and they never showed. Will not respond to calls or email. Beware

We received several quotes from other contractors, Arnold's was one of the most affordable, and the quality of work was extremely high. We are going to hire him again soon to fix our back patio.
