I had that quote beefier the end of the business day emailed to me! I called him on Wednesday evening to accept the quote and schedule for a couple of weeks out (his first available opening). He called back the next day to let me know that he got the message. He also asked if I wanted to have the work performed the following Wednesday since he had an opening become available but understood if o wished to wait until the original date thy he provided since some heavy furniture needed to move. I told him the sooner the better. His crew was there that Wednesday morning. They covered everything in plastic, went over a few things with me and i asked them to wood fill 2 small splintered areas which they did. By Friday, the 3rd coat of polyurethane was down and they removed all the plastic except on 2 doorways which I asked them to leave up. Minimal dust compared to previous jobs at other places I have owned. Cabinets, countertops and mounted television were all covered. The crew vacuumed several times as well. Floors look very nice. I highly recommend Charter Oak Flooring. I have several people that will be reaching out to him for quotes already after my experience.

I contacted Leon before the warranty was up and instead of fixing issue we received excuse after excuse . They day Leon and his team finally showed up to do some type of work, they stated the older gentleman using the machine got frustrated becauae he didn't know how to use it and i quote, they "didn't want to further frustrate him." What about us?!? On the day the they were suppose to show up, no one did. When I emailed them in afternoon, I received a response that they were refunding money because they could not fit us in schedule. How is this possible when you knew about issue in the winter time?!? How is this possible when they were fo show up THAT DAY?! Its obvious we were NEVER a priority. On top of that, even though I sign all my emails "Tamara" the refund check as well as emails are all adressesd to "Tammi". Through the whole process, even seeing the signs. we were nice, courteous, and understanding. You see what that got us. By the way, my neighbor and I both had contract with him and we both continue to have the same issue. STAY AWAY!!!

Originally the insurance company claimed that only half of the roof needed to be replaced, but Chris identified and explained why the damage had been more severe than originally thought. That kind of attention to detail and consultative service is what drew me to work with Millstream and Chris in the first place. In very short order, he had a team at the house and in a single day had completed work. It was so well done that I used them to install gutters on top of the roof work, which was equally as flawless. Things that stood out to me: - Service was outstanding - taking time to explain the why and how behind the what they were going to do. - Proactive and anticipatory consulting that made the job painless for me - Easy to work with - I could communicate with him via a variety of channels (email, phone, text) which made the job easier to manage. I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you need someone reliable and trustworthy.
