Very good bedside manners, very knowledgeable and caring of his patients. He's detail oriented and meticulous with his work. Very dedicated and hard working. Came here with family member with GI issues and we had a very nice experience. There is a blood draw lab inside the clinic. However my only complaint is the nurse was not very skilled at drawing blood and cause a huge hematoma. Front desk lady was super nice. read more

Called today to make a new appointment as new patient and was put on hold for 16 minutes. Come to find out they don't take United health care PPO. The receptionist had to ask the office biller if they took that type of insurance so I had to wait. She should know what insurance that doctor takes so they don't put NEW patients on hold. I guess I dodged a bullet, I can only imagine the wait time would be if I did go to that office after all. read more

I made an apt here about 3 weeks out because after having my baby my stomach just wasn't feeling the same. Came this morning to my apt and they wouldn't see me because I wasn't vaccinated. Not once did they mention that when I made the apt. They let me load up my newborn and drive 30min (each way) to get here only to not see me. Waste of time and gas money. Beyond unprofessional! Dr Jaffer is one of the most caring, loving, knowledgeable, and brilliant doctors that I have ever met. He did a procedure on one of my relatives (lets just call her "Mom"), and he was letting us know that it's very important she has a ride the day of the procedure. AND that if she can't get a ride, he offered to take Mom home. Who does that? What doctor do you know that cares enough about his patience to go out of his way to give them a ride??? So, as we were in the sitting room, waiting for this procedure, the doctor came out and made us feel at ease and gave us his business card. Said to call him anytime, 24/7, with any questions that we may have. He said that when we call, he will gets paged and he returns the call right away. He said that if in case we don't get a call back in 20 minutes, to call that number on the card again. Impressive! I barely waited for anything and was able to get my blood work and ekg done in the office instead of being sent somewhere else like I usually do. Let me explain my Dr. Jaffer: 1000 Stars! They truly do not make physicians like him anymore. He truly cares about each one of his patients & takes the time to LISTEN to them & get them the answers they do need. His Staff: -0 Stars! They are absolutely TERRIBLE. From their telephone skills, or lack thereof, to the way they speak to the patients, scheduling/authorizations of procedures, prescription refill requests to the complete disrespect they have when they speak to their boss, Dr. Jaffer! My family has been seeing Dr. Jaffer for well over 10-15 years & his staff has not gotten any better. How is it that their fax machine has been "broke" for all these years and the Pharmacy must call them for a refill request?? Lazy much??! There have been countless incidences in which someone in my family has had a lapse in their meds all because the office staff refused to initiate the call. UNACCEPTABLE. Many Physicians lose patients because of their poor office staff & don't always realize it. Dr. Jaffer is a top-notch doctor and should have people working for him that WANT to be there. After 2 years of what I can only describe as torture I found Dr. Jaffer. I was at my wits end with doctors dismissing my symptoms or telling me I was just depressed. Dr. Jaffer actually sat and talked with me in depth and he was in no hurry to rush to the next patient. He ordered all the tests that should have been ordered months ago. Dr Jaffer is a true Professional. I was released by a hospital, diagnosed incorrectly and was refused gastrointestinal specialist. I called Dr Jaffer who immediately took me in first thing in the morning. Ended up I was very ill and internally bleeding. If not for this doctor, I'm not sure where I'd be today. Dr Jaffer has to be the most thorough professionals I have ever been treated from. From the second I walked in, to stepping out the door the Dr. and all his staff members were sweet, polite and friendly. This was not my 1st visit but felt the need to share the greatness of this office. I have been to many doctors and never had one whom respected my time, my sense of curiosity of my health concerns and compassion for me to feel better in manner as Dr. Jaffer. My appointment was at 10am, I was in a room at 10:01am. The dr was into see me 3 minutes later. Within minutes we discussed my concerns and I was getting multiple tests done in office, once done I was at the reception desk scheduling more tests offsite, even scheduled my follow up appointment. I left there by 10:30am and was back to work. This is thew worst doctor ever. He portrays himself as a good man, a God's believer even telling you that he will pray for you. I first saw him because I was having abdominal pain on my right side, he did a colonoscopy, told me that I had a minor infection and gave me antibiotics, he had me coming back and forth for like 3 months without telling me what was my problem, my brother is a doctor and I had to suggest tests since he never did anything really to help me. I asked him for a h pilory test and it came back positive in my blood, then a couple of weeks later I ask for it again and he did it again (he has a lab in his office) later I learned that the h pilory was going to come back positive anyway because it remains alive in your blood stream for a while even if you don't have it active anymore. I was at the hospital for several days, he just said it was an infection, after that I still had the pain, then he made me go 3 times a week to his office and take blood every single time, once I asked and he was testing me for Cholesterol, really??????? He just wants your money. Please don't go if you want to get better. After 3 months of pain I visited another gastroenterologist, brought all my tests and he told me that all the time I was having the irritable bowl syndrome (IBS), he gave me a diet that day and the day after my pain was GONE. Dr. Jaffer had me on a diet that was causing more pain. read more
