I was very happy with my visit, the facility was clean (though confusing to navigate when you enter), and the registration folks were WAY nicer than most I've interacted with in the recent past. Three stars because I don't have enough experience to say much more, and I was fairly put off by my 35 minute wait. On the upside, a nurse didn't take me back and make me sit in the room for 20 minutes under the guise of seeing me on time. I think this place might work out well. There are plenty of doctors here so they can meet a variety of needs, it appears.

This place is closed more than open. Not flexible at all for appointment's. And if you win the lottery they're actually open to give you one. My prescription has been out for 3 weeks. They told me to have the pharmacy send a request. They still have not replied. seems that now they have my $400 i'm no longer a priority. i guess i'll have to pay another dr to finish what dr. Parking is readily available and the office is easy to locate. There is free WiFi. It's a little slow but acceptable for email browsing and other light internet needs. The magazine selection in the waiting room is acceptable. My doctor is great and up to date with modern procedures and practices. I hope that I can continue to use QCP's services for many years to come.

However, once they instituted this $100 fee, I left immediately. I only go in maybe twice a year if that, and $100 may be small as far as medical costs go, but it's still $100 and I could put that money to use elsewhere. I believe they justified the cost with some mumbo jumbo, but I found another doctor that is in the same area and doesn't charge any exorbitant and unnecessary fees. If you have money to burn, feel free to utilize FMG's services, they are staffed with decent medical professionals.

But just try to get them to respond to a request for refills even when your pharmacist tries to call. Trying to get a question answered from the doctor? Good luck. And the real kicker is I paid the $100 fee and now they're sending me threatening letters for nonpayment. I paid in person and the money was automatically debited from my checking account. I have left two messages for the billing office, but I have not received any response. I will be stopping by in person to clear up this matter. I am afraid I will need to look for another primary care doctor.
