I was very happy with my visit, the facility was clean (though confusing to navigate when you enter), and the registration folks were WAY nicer than most I've interacted with in the recent past. Three stars because I don't have enough experience to say much more, and I was fairly put off by my 35 minute wait. On the upside, a nurse didn't take me back and make me sit in the room for 20 minutes under the guise of seeing me on time. I think this place might work out well. There are plenty of doctors here so they can meet a variety of needs, it appears.

Without getting too much into my issues, I got blood work done down the road and he said they would have it back in a day or two, great. 6 days later I didn't get a call so I call them and ask where my results were and they said that they hadn't got them back yet. 20 minutes later I get a call saying my blood tests came back in and everything is fine. Ok? but what about the medication the doctor was going to prescribe me? There was nothing in my files about the ENTIRE REASON I went to the doctors office. The cherry on top was 20 minutes later I got another call from them again telling me they "just" got my blood results back and my cholesterol was slightly high. How many times are they going to lie to me? How much more anxiety do they need to cause me than I already have? Now I need to wait a whole another year to find a new doctor. Thanks, Joe. Parking is readily available and the office is easy to locate. There is free WiFi. It's a little slow but acceptable for email browsing and other light internet needs. The magazine selection in the waiting room is acceptable. My doctor is great and up to date with modern procedures and practices. I hope that I can continue to use QCP's services for many years to come.

Like many Americans, I took a short hiatus from regular visits to the doctor during the pandemic…read more Couple that with transferring all of my medical records from out of state, and you can definitely say that I was a little apprehensive about my first visit in more than two years. All of those fears quickly went away, however, after my experience at this St. Elizabeth location! I scheduled an appointment online through their website, and was able to make it about two weeks in advance. I didn't have a MyChart account prior to my appointment, so the nurse that checked me in helped me set up my account in-person, and even walked me through how to make future appointments! My actual exam was with Dr. Trumble, and she was fabulous. So kind and knowledgable - exactly what you'd want from a doctor. The entire facility looks brand new - everything was clean and updated. I asked one of the nurses how long they'd been in this location, and she said it opened shortly before the pandemic. Next door to the primary care center, they also have a lab center. I bopped over here on a separate morning to complete some bloodwork, and was so surprised that they had me in and out in 10 minutes! You don't even need an appointment. Everyone that I interacted with at both of these experiences was incredibly friendly and helpful - I don't think I'll seek medical treatment anywhere else as long as I'm living in NKY!
