(sinus infection) I had went and seen the two male Doctors previously, and neither one of them looked down my throat in my nostrils, ears, etc. And then both had the nerve to ask an ignorant question after I told them what was going on and they asked me if I was the doctor.?? Getting belittled by the doctors at this building not once but 3 separate occasions. However, I had an appointment about 15 minutes ago with the woman, Ms. Lindsay, Jackson. I had requested her because the two male doctors had asked ignorant/irrelevant questions that were unprofessional. So Ms. Jackson tells me oh it's a viral infection we can't treat it until 7-10 days. First of all how does that make any sense at all whatsoever? She didn't look at my throat, didn't look in my ears, nothing. Came in and made her diagnoses off the words I had told the intake lady. If someone's sick you treat them!!! So this 7-10 days bull craps makes no sense. I then proceeded to tell her that I know my body and I know what's going on because this kind of thing happens a couple times throughout the year, (when drastic weather changes and especially after all the poison that is being pumped into the sky that we have to breathe on a continuous basis.) She then has a smart comment and tone when she asks me, did you go to medical school? I told her how unprofessional she sounded, just like the male Doctors, who had said that same ignorant comment to me. She got up and walked out of the room and said you'll probably be removed from the Doctors Office. I said that's fine with me. I'll make sure that everybody knows what kind of bull crap establishment they're coming to.. these are the doctors of America people!!!! they don't even check to see what's wrong with you and then ask you if you went to medical school being a smart Alec extremely unprofessional I will be calling corporate or whoever I can talk to you. That is above this entire establishment. Imagine going to the doctors office for help and getting talked down to and treated like an idiot because you didn't choose to be a fake POS doctor. Your title carries no weight outside of your job. Remember that.

Dr Mark Middendorf. And that was IT. I'm sorry but I feel like after this office was bought out? I was treated VERY VERY POORLY, unfairly and wronged. I referred many, many people here over the years. As well as my mother having done so when this was a teeny office with skylights. And now? To be treated like I'm dirt?? This was back in 2012. But yes, I remember the nastiness in the office worker like it was yesterday. 20 years??? Really?? Holli Ross

What did it for me was attending one of their regularly scheduled info sessions. Imagine your doctor sitting with you 100% of your scheduled appointment instead dipping in to pronounce judgment after interpreting a report prepared by a nurse or physician's assistant. Imagine the focused care you'll receive. I feel as if I now have a partner focused on helping restore and maintain my health rather than a relative stranger giving me their best guess from a few clues. I was a bit of a wreck when I first visited IFC. Although I have a way to go I now view my health and prospects for preserving it much better than I may ever have.
