Dr. Garretto was a Doctor (e Medico), who became a friend! I have never in my lifetime seen or heard of a Doctor like him! I always enjoyed seeing him and every time that I did see him, he knew me! When I would go to his office he would talk to me as if he was an old friend. He knew me. He didn't need to look at a chart to study to know who I was. He knew me like I was his neighbor. when I saw him it took several minutes to get the pleasantries out of the way and Always talk about this, that, and the other thing in our lives and then we went onto the medical stuff. I have never felt more at ease with a doctor than I did with Dr. Garretto. I'm so unbelievably sad that he retired because I will never find another doctor like him. Dr. Inveiss even delivered her! She really made my pregnancy and birth experience comfortable and painless. She really takes her time to answer your questions (without judgment) and helps make your office visits relaxing. You may have to wait awhile to see the doctor (I have had to wait a couple of hours a few times), but it's worth it because you know she is really tending to her patients' needs.
