Zero stars for a dr who is less than zero. My cat was a patient of his at another clinic, he killed…read moremy cat. On another occasion, he looked at my kittens' teeth and pronounced them dying of feluk but refused to test them. I'm not a person to say no too, he got schooled, my kittens got tested, all negative. Do not take your pet to Dr. Alldead.

Had a horrible experience here and have never returned. I was referred by Patchwork Pet Resort (who…read moreI do like). As someone who has been involved in the rescue business for years, I'm very familiar with what vet offices should provide in terms of service. Despite documentation of current vaccinations, Dr. Allred decided to revaccinate my basset hound for rabies. That's problematic because overvaccination with rabies can lead to bone cancer--which bassets as a breed are already more prone too. Even if the rabies issues was just an oversight, there were several other issues as well that ultimately led me to just never return. The front desk staff was super irritating and unsympathetic to my concerns. The vet mocked me when I asked for blood titer tests prior to revaccination. The entire experience was less than desirable. And the least of the concerns was that they performed a hack job on my basset's nails--the nails were clearly hacked off with regular nail clippers (and still bleeding) even though that particular dog needs a dremel instead due to severe anxiety issues (they had promised me they would use the dremel). If they can't even makes the nails look polished and even--or live up to promises they made, I can't trust them to be my regular vet. My dog was traumatized after coming home from them. That particular dog will not pee on concrete (housetrained too well) and they did not let him out all day. He peed for almost two minutes straight as soon as I got him out the front door. Shortly after, he developed a UTI which another vet quickly solved. Too bad. They lost out on $4000 worth of veterinary services in the following 12 months (and a lot more in the future). I have a lot of rescue animals coming in and out of my doors. I highly advise you do not take your dog here unless you literally don't care what happens to your animal. This vet has a "vet knows best" mentality and will lie to your face in order to get your dog in the door.

Cannot recommend All Cypress enough. The staff is wonderful from the receptionists to the doctors…read more They are quick to answer any of my numerous questions and reexplain things I don't understand. It feels like they really want to work WITH you on your pets care. We have used the emergency vet that All Cypress works with in Shreveport when our dog was bit by a snake last year and the process was very easy when the emergency vet transferred care back over to All Cypress. Emergency vet already had all of the surgery and care records sent over and we didn't need to do anything to make sure All Cypress was up to date on his care plan. I have been coming to All Cypress for about a year now for regular vaccines, check ups and nail grinds. My dog has weak nails and is VERY prone to breaking them. Dr. Tanner has been very helpful in working with us throughout the last several months dealing with broken nails and the healing process. Regardless of how many shots, nail grinds, surgeries, tests, sticks and pokes my dog endures while he is here, he loves All Cypress. He recognizes the building when we pull up, he has favorite technicians (namely Makenzie and Chris), this is his favorite place to be. We recently had to bring in my 15 year old Shih Tzu to be put to sleep and the way such an emotional situation was handled by Dr. Coody and Makenzie was exceptional. We were always informed of what the process entailed, what each step looked like, what would be happening next, what to expect, etc. We felt comfortable asking as many questions that came to mind. Dr. Coody was respectful of our emotions but very professional in conducting the appointment. Makenzie was amazing with being so patient with us while we went through the process. She never rushed us to the next step of the process, she never rushed us out of the room after things concluded, and she even stayed and listened while my mom recounted a few stories about our dog. I feel very comfortable bringing my pets to All Cypress and we don't plan on leaving. It feels like they care about your pets AND you.

Mu dog had been hit by a car so I rushed him to this vets office and was the biggest mistake I have…read moreever made. They said he had a skull fracture, punctured lung, that they would need to pull most of his teeth when only one was broken off and they had already shaved his leg to euthanize him and said that the best thing to do would be to put him down. I took him to a vet's office all the way in mesquite Texas and found out the only thing wrong with him was that he was in shock and he had one tooth one canine was broke off it was broken half that was the only thing wrong with him my dog's breed is a pitbull and I believe in my heart this is the reason they wanted to put him down and didn't want to give him a chance I'm glad I did I'm glad I gave him a chance because he's doing great now he's a big baby and I was very disappointed in this Cypress veterinarian clinic cuz they have no idea what they're doing in there they have no compassion they even brought my dog in and laid him on the floor didn't didn't think enough of him to even put him on the table they put him on the floor like he was nothing they charged me almost $400 for this when all they done is said that they gave him oxygen he wasn't in the back long enough to get oxygen or even really be looked at that that good they couldn't have looked at him too well because there was nothing wrong with him except for a broken tooth this place isn't fit to look at animals I was very disappointed I gave them my card to pay I didn't have almost $400 to give them but I gave him my my car my debit card and told him to take whatever was on there they took every penny of it and still call the law on me because I couldn't pay it when officers got there and I told him what had happened they agreed with me and told me to find a veterinary in office to help that dog that was their words so if you're if you love your animal this is the wrong place to take them wrong place to take them I wasted my time and my dog's time he may be a pitbull but he has feelings too he was only 6 months old he wasn't hurting anybody people look at pitbulls like their their bad dogs but it's all on how you raise them and my dog is nothing but a big baby he's a year and a half old now I cannot believe they wanted to put him down like that for no reason and lied to me and saying that he had a fractured school and punctured lungs etc if you love your animals this is the wrong place to go to. This is my experience with this place and it won't happen again I wouldn't take a snake to this place I don't know who the vet was because I never even got a chance to see them but they're in the wrong business no compassion and it might want to consider going back to school for what they're doing because like I said there was nothing wrong with my dog except he was in shock and had a broken tooth.

We were needing a 2 1/2 week boarding facility for our two older, nervous, terrified of loud…read morenoises, never been boarded before dogs. We searched all over, not finding what we wanted, until we came across The Noble Nose dog boarding. The photos looked fantastic! Clean, luxurious, and only a few spaces for boarding, which meant less noise for our dogs. I looked at the prices, surely they must be very expensive. But no! Their prices were extremely competitive!! I contacted The Noble Nose to see when we could visit. We met Brandon & Ashley, truly nice people who clearly love dogs, and their facility. It was just like it was in the photos! So nice I could have moved in there. We talked about our dogs, their skittish temperament, the pills they need to take, etc. Ashley & Brandon didn't seem fazed by it at all. I asked about them not having any reviews yet and how I almost didn't contact them because of it. They just opened!! No one really knows about them yet. We left feeling, after seeing many other facilities that just wouldn't do, like we could finally breath a sigh of relief. I thought our dogs would probably do just fine here. Yet, I had to make sure. So we set up another date for us to bring our dogs to the facility, meet Brandon & Ashley and we could all see if it was going to work or not. Our dog Sarge went right in, no trouble, he loves to smell new things. Our Petunia, who is afraid of everything new, got loved on by Ashley until she was able to go in with Sarge and check things out. We all went into the next room, leaving the dogs to check out their luxury apt. on their own. I gave Ashley & Brandon, the list of everything that would need to be done~ how much food to give twice a day, when they get their special treats, when they get their pills and how, what to do if they get nervous and stop eating, or get anxiety and who our vet is if they need to call him for advice. They totally made us feel like this was not overkill, just another day of playing and caring for dogs. We even had to change our travel dates and Ashley was so kind about it. I would say if you don't check out The Noble Nose and talk to Brandon & Ashley you'll be missing out on the best dog boarding available.
