They never did the procedure a charges my card as if they did. it waa the same price I was quoted for the surgery that never happened a vet never showed up. this place really needs to be shit down. Thesw unqualified people decided instead of telling me there was no one qualified the euthanized my dog and tried to pretend as if she died on the operating table. She was never prepped for surgery. There was no shaving over her tummy no cut, no stitches. She was never ever going to even have a surgery they decided.was money and that's what they did My dog took my money. These people are murderers. I had that dog for seven years. She was deaf. She was my baby my best friend. She died December 31, 2023. My life has not been the same I ever see this girl. (2nd in her life) While they were very courteous and the facility was clean, I found out NOTHING as to why she was having a seizure. They asked if she could be kept there for observation. Assured me meds were waiting if she had another one. Perfect! Let's do it. About 3-4 hours later, the tech called and said they tried to draw blood, but my dog was getting very anxious and they were afraid it would trigger another seizure. Ok. I appreciate that fact. However, bloodwork is a very important part. I asked if they had given her an IV of fluids, she said no, but she will give her some water. None of that sounded "normal" to me. I mean, my dog is already there, I know they can get labs drawn, what's the problem? I called back and told them to do whatever to get the labs drawn. So, they sedated her-got labs drawn. Sent them out to be tested. Got results today 3-11-19. Thankfully her labs were normal. When I asked if they had any ideas on what was the cause, I was told they had no idea. However, if it happens again, be sure to bring her back so they can find out why. WHAT??? Why would I take her back there??? Mind you, I NEVER even saw or talked to a veterinarian in person, or on the phone. Never even saw one just walking around. Nor did I talk to the tech in person. I just don't get it. When I picked her up, I asked why sedation wasn't even offered when they called about not able to draw blood, I wasn't given an answer. They blew me off saying they were afraid it would upset her to draw labs. WHAT? Beware people. Something just ain't right here. I do believe 100%, she was treated like this because they were afraid of a Chow. Even though she is NOT aggressive in any way and is well behaved.

Even though he had just been vaccinated at the same clinic about a month prior. They quoted me a treatment plan that would take at least 2 days. I paid nearly $1000 for the treatment plan. Then they said I owed them more. They can't even vaccinate correctly. Do not trust them if you care for your furry friends at all. They will also charge more than is quoted.

However, during my final month there, the owner began doing the feeding himself for other boarders, and that's when serious issues started. While driving a four-wheeler around with open buckets of feed, portions of that feed were dropped right outside my horses' pens. Both of my horses have genetic muscle disorders and are highly sensitive to high-sugar, high-starch, and gluten-containing feeds. Even small amounts can make them sick. After this change in routine, my mare colicked twice in two weeks. When I tried to address these concerns calmly, the environment became increasingly uncomfortable. From the start, I was treated poorly -- the owner openly told others not to like me -- and it only worsened when I advocated for my horses' dietary needs. To make matters worse, when I left the property, I was accused of taking a water trough that I had originally brought with me. Thankfully, several people could confirm that it belonged to me. If your horses have any medical or dietary sensitivities, or if you prefer a respectful, drama-free environment, I would be cautious about boarding here. Always put every instruction and agreement in writing and keep records of your own equipment and feed.
