Be prepared to wait, in stages, from your initial check-in, to another area for post eye dilating drops to kick-in, and of course in the examination room. I have been scheduled for the surgery two weeks ago and was told to use eye drops one day before the surgery. I kept calling three days before the surgery for the eye drop pick up and was always told that someone would contact me. Since tomorrow is the surgery, I am supposed to use the eye drop today. I called again and eventually was told the surgery has to be cancelled due to insurance issues. I asked them why no one told me, especially since I have already planned for two days off from work. They said they did call me several times and left messages. The staff even said they called me at 9:07am this morning. I am home waiting for the call, my phone shows no missed call and no voice mail. I feel upset because I trust Solinsky. It is understandable for whatever reason you have to cancel the surgery, but it is not acceptable for not telling the client ahead of time and make excuses. I hope you understand how frustrating this is.
