After the treatments stopped, they contacted me a year and three months later, to ask why I didn't go for treatments, which was for an appointment, a year and three months ago. After she told me that it will take an hour for the file to be reviewed by a senior partner and I couldn't wait, I repeatedly said I will come back to pick up my file, I did not want it to be mailed out. It went in one ear straight out the other! I wrote down my number and expected a call. Never received a call to pick up my file. I kept calling and couldn't get through to her. I finally decided to go back to the office myself and get my file. She tells me that she allegedly mailed it out even though I told her not to and never gave her my address, I'm assuming she just used the address on my file. I never received my file which was mailed out in 3 separate envelopes. How can not 1 but 3 envelopes get lost?! She completely fabricated the story that I gave her my address and I believe mailing out my file instead of owning up to it and apologizing. When I emailed her to ask details about USPS track # and further details, she only replied back when I CC'd her superior. Feel bad to whomever has to deal with this office and its manager, you'll be ignored and lied to, you've been warned.
