They dropped off the new bins at the start of the road, not the end of our driveway, and my heart sank. I gave them a call immediately and the guy who was talking to me was perfectly reasonable and explained that they were uncertain about if they could fit into the road. After explaining that the other trash companies my neighbors use always are able to drive in, they were okay with coming to the end of our driveway to pick up our weekly trash and recycling. We have not been using this company long, but I am very satisfied so far with their on-time pickups and the way they handled this situation. I understand that there may be difficulties down the road when the weather isn't so nice, but it's good to know we are dealing with communicative reasonable people, and I hope we won't have to switch.

I've ordered bins from Junk King maybe half a dozen times over the past 5+ years. We get one almost…read moreevery year. I like the convenience of being able to order my bin online because it's a big time saver. Most of the time we've just disposed of standard waste (old wood, general recyclables, drywall, metal fencing, small pieces of junky furniture, etc.). A few times we have included yard waste and a small amount of e-waste. I've never had an issue with anything being rejected. I believe the fine print says that if you have any non-standard items they'll bill a surcharge to manage it. Sometimes I'm surprised at the high price I end up being billed, but it's a risk I take considering they don't inventory everything ahead of time. Not sure that is entirely possible anyway. 90% of the time the bins arrive in really great condition and they place them exactly where we've asked. We had an issue just one time with a door that wouldn't latch easily, but the driver figured it out. The bins have arrived on-site and been picked up as scheduled. They also say they sort everything rather than just landfilling it, which is important to me. I'll keep using Junk King.
