I've used, or tried to use, these guys twice now. The first time, two years ago, they took my…read morebike, told me the repairs would be "about" 1 week, and told me it would be 1 more week, for over a month! He did give me a discount on the work, for the trouble, and was willing to pick up my malfunctioning "classic" for free, though, so that helps somewhat.
The second time, I called and arranged for pickup on my bike for repairs. This time, I was told that they were about 4-6 weeks out for any new work, but if I was interested and willing to wait, they'd still pick up and do the work. So I said yes, and waited. Two weeks later (This week[6/5/2015], actually), I was told that they could take my bike in immediately. I made arrangements to have it picked up the next morning, and waited and waited, and was late to work, and they never picked up my bike. I called and left a polite message that I had waited, and hoped nothing was wrong, and please call to arrange another pick up time, and have heard nothing back.
I'm done with Xtreme heights after this...it's just ridiculous and frustrating, not to mention unprofessional.
