My last review appears to be missing but this is now the 3rd time these have been fixed. They have also rearranged out appointment multiple times before this third fitting. Today the pelmet was allegedly refitted however the marks and dents are still exactly the same as they were in the seocnd so I don't think they have actually refitted these after all so have lied to us.
They have already refunded us 50% so are in agreement that it's shoddy service but we are now looking for a full refund so we can go elsewhere.
Compare the following images:
SecondFitting.jpg which was from the second fitting and IMG_4743.jpg which is from today (3rd fitting)
SecondFittingChip.jpg which was from the second fitting ( and IMG_4749.jpg which is from today (3rd fitting) and IMG_4749Chip.jpg which highlights the area I am discussing.
You will note that both of these comparison images have the same issues now as they did in the last fitting. In the first there is a black mark on the corner which was made in the factory (not us). In the second you will see ill-fitting corners and a chip in the join. In both these comparison pictures I can assure you it is the same corners of the same windows which leads me to believe these have not been replaced as promised.
I cannot tell if Shades are trying to pull the wool over our eyes by not fixing the issue and hoping we won't notice or are genuinely just inept at fixing customer complaints, it could very easily be both.Compare the follw read more
