We interviewed a couple of the "best" realtors in the area and were immediately impressed with Russell and his command of the real estate market in Lakewood. I am a Lakewood "lifer" and it helps that Russell is as well. All of the other agents told us all of the things that were wrong with our house in an effort to manage our expectations. Russell came in and told us all of the things that were great about our house, told us where we needed to spend some $$ and how to prepare to show a house that has been my family's home since 1977. Each time we had a new decision to make (and apparently there are many) he was there with his no nonsense attitude and his thoughtful and kind guidance. Russell really does make selling your house smooth and painless - we feel extremely fortunate to have him on our team during this major transition in our lives. He is like having a big brother that you actually like, want to spend time with, and who happens to have an amazing amount of knowledge about Lakewood real estate. Our house sold in 3 days with multiple offers all over asking price!

Matthew was absolutely amazing. Words cannot fully express how grateful my family and I are for…read moreeverything he did to help us find our dream home. As first gen homebuyers, we were nervous about the process and wanted to make sure we worked with someone who truly had our best interests. From day one, Matthew exceeded every expectation. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and he never once made us feel rushed into choosing a home or submitting an offer we were not completely comfortable with. Whenever we sent him a list of homes we wanted to see, he was quick to schedule appointments and often put together routes of open houses for us to visit. My husband and I both work during the week, so our schedules were limited, but Matthew was incredibly accommodating. He consistently made time for us on weekends and even holidays so we could continue our home search. Throughout the entire process, Matthew was honest, communicative, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Toward the end of our search thanks to him we had two offers accepted in the same weekend and were able to choose the home that was the best fit for our family. We truly believe we would not be in our current home without Matthew. His negotiation skills were exceptional, and he was able to secure more than $20,000 in closing credits for us. We have already recommended Matthew to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. He is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to his clients. We could not be happier with our experience and wish him nothing but continued success. Any client would be lucky to have him as their realtor.

Earlier this year, she helped me purchase my first home. She might say the transaction came with some unique challenges, maybe even apologizing a few times during, but honestly, I never once felt frustrated, overwhelmed, or uncertain. From day one, when I simply texted her with questions, she gave me her full attention and guided me through every step of the process. Not only does Beatrix have an incredible network of resources and connections, but what truly sets her apart is her ability to make even the most complex information easy to understand and put into practice. Working with her never felt like I was simply hiring an agent. It felt like having a trusted, super smart friend by my side, helping me navigate a new and exciting chapter of my life. At every step, even when unexpected challenges arose, I was never worried. Beatrix handled everything with confidence, care, and a reassuring smile. I have no doubt she did far more behind the scenes than I will ever know to make sure everything came together, and it did! As a first-time homebuyer, the process could have felt daunting, but she made me feel informed, prepared, empowered, and supported from beginning to end. With Beatrix, it was never a question of "Is this possible?" It was always, "We're going to get this done." That confidence and commitment made all the difference. I am forever grateful that I had Beatrix by my side for such an important milestone. And it is clear that her dedication, focus, and respect for her clients are reflected throughout her team and The Whipple Group. Great leadership starts at the top, and that standard of excellence shines through in every interaction. I knew Beatrix was an amazing agent before I worked with her, but now I truly understand why she is simply the best. I couldn't recommend her and The Whipple Group more highly. Thank you again for walking me through such a big chapter of my life!

We never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or bid beyond what we felt comfortable with (we bid on three different homes!). Candice was always very on point in the guidance she gave us. When we refused to waive the inspection contingency on this house, Candice advocated for us and (miraculously) found a way to help us get the inspections we needed for our peace of mind. Candice came out multiple times to the home to meet me as I met with various contractors for quotes on renovations prior to our closing. She kept our 3 year old entertained while we spoke with said contractors. Her dedication is next level. I assure you, you will not find anyone better. Candice is so kind and caring, it is no wonder she has nothing but 5 star reviews on Yelp. She is universally liked by everyone from her clients to inspectors to contractors to loan officers, because she is truly just such a wonderful person. Talking with her is like talking with family. She is patient and responsive. She answers texts and phone calls all day everyday; I have no idea how she keeps this up with all her clients, but she does. We cannot recommend Candice enough and are so grateful we had her on our side during this home buying process.
