Working with Lane to sell our home and buy a new one was an outstanding experience. He is truly an expert in his field, and what we appreciated most was that he never once tried to sell us on something or convince us of anything. Instead, he took the time to share his knowledge so that we could make confident and informed decisions. He's a great communicator and a strong relationship builder, which made a real difference when it came time to negotiate. He's also extremely detail-oriented and helped us review every document with care. His marketing expertise and use of technology also helped maximize our listing's exposure online. He made us feel like we were his only clients, always quick to answer our calls or texts and provide thoughtful guidance whenever we needed it. His team is equally professional and a pleasure to work with. As people who are very particular, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. We highly recommend Lane to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

We've been our new home for two months now and I'm finally able to write this review. Our family has used the Sakin Stone team for YEARS and we knew that when it was time to upgrade to our forever home, Philip and the team were where we would be placing our trust. From the initial meeting to the closing day, Philip was in constant contact with us. They were able to help us get into our dream home quickly! There was never a question that came up that he wasn't able to answer for us. Buying a home is stressful, but the team made it as seamless as possible! Thank you so much, Sakin Stone team! read more

Our home closed escrow on December 22, 2025 and I'm finally getting around to writing this review. We decided to sell our rental home and here it was the beginning of November, and we needed this to close by December 31. With this in mind, I knew I would not be using any of the realtors we used in the past. With thorough research, the #1 team was Sackin-Stone. Lane and Phillip came to our home and presented the plan for the sale. After the presentation, we knew this was the team that we needed. Our sale was a delicate one; the renters contract ended April 1, 2026 and one member worked from home. I wanted them to not be disturbed with open houses. We were looking for an investor so the renters could remain in the home or someone that would honor their contract. Phillip made us feel like we were his only clients, and understood the situation. Phillips communicated with me by phone, text and when needed, in person. The entire process was professionally done and stress free. Phillip and his entire team were great to work with and I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend Sackin-Stone 10 out of 10. read more

We first met Winston at an open house about two years ago, and he left a lasting impression on us. After taking a long break from house hunting, reaching out to Winston this time around was a no-brainer. From the very beginning, he was always punctual, extremely responsive, and quick to answer our questions, often within just a few minutes. What really stood out was how involved Winston was. He explained each step in a way we could understand and took the initiative to reach out to the sellers whenever we needed more information. This gave us a lot of confidence in working with him, knowing he always had our best interests in mind. He also guided us in narrowing down where to focus our search, which ultimately helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We also want to give a special shoutout to Lane, who met with us during the inspection when Winston wasn't available. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very kind, and we truly appreciated his help. Experiences like this show how much the Sackin-Stone Team cares for one another and works together to support their clients. Overall, Winston is not only a great realtor but also a pleasant and genuine person to work with. Thanks to Winston, we were able to find our dream home, and we couldn't be happier. If you are buying in LA or Orange County, Winston is absolutely the person you want! read more

Lane was a breath of fresh air during our move from Huntington Beach to San Diego, and trust me, that's saying something in the real estate world! He knows SoCal like the back of his hand, which came in handy when we were moving counties. What really set Lane apart was that he actually listened to what we wanted instead of trying to shove us into whatever would net him the biggest commission. Revolutionary concept, right? He took the time to understand our lifestyle and budget without making us feel like we were inconveniencing him with our "unrealistic" expectations. We had a very pushy real estate agency previously, and working with Lane was clear we were working with a professional who genuinely cared about getting us into the right home and community. Professional, knowledgeable, and just a very cool human. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat! read more

Lane Stone has to be the best Realtor out there. Not pushy, not salesy, and absolutely listened to us every step of the way. At no point did we feel he wanted us in a house just to get commission but often found him challenging us on why we wanted a property to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. That level of service is so rare these days and I will never use another real estate agent because of how great the Sackin-Stone team is. If you want someone who embodies being a consultant then Lane Stone is absolutely your guy. Really anyone on his team embodies the same values that he does and I'd recommend anyone that he works or recommends. Seriously can't recommend them enough, especially Lane, and wanted to leave a review in case anyone is looking for a real estate agent and wants to find someone that will work with them every step of the way. Last but not least, we actually found our dream home thanks to Lane and his relentless effort to get us what we wanted. Never thought I'd be this happy with the experience but I almost wish I was buying again just to have Lane help out - he's that great. By all means use these guys if you want a stress free and enjoyable home buying experience. read more

Lane, Philip, and the whole team are amazing. They were super knowledgeable, patient, and are willing to come to bat for you. Before meeting Lane, I honestly did not think we were going to find a place in California, especially within commuting distance to our offices. It took a while, with constant encouragement from Lane telling us not to settle, but we ending up finding our dream home and I don't think we would have found it without him. I highly recommend the Sackin-Stone Team and definitely will recommend them to everyone I know. read more

We have known Scott Sackin since he began his real estate career 40 years ago. He is friendly, hardworking, trustworthy, and caring. We love saying hello to Scott when he is selling homes in our neighborhood, and we would definitely recommend him for any of your real estate needs. read more

Philip, Lane and the whole Sackin-Stone team are absolutely one of a kind. Philip helped us sell our home and Philip and Lane both helped us find our new dream home. They're the third real estate agents that I've worked with in my life and I'll never ever use anyone else for future homes. Philip has a relentless drive and truly cares so much about his clients. We knew we could trust him and that he was going to take care of every hurdle we faced. He did! If you want to sell your home fast and above asking pricing, you've found your team! Lane has such a wonderful personality and great knowledge of the real estate industry. We really looked forward to all the homes we toured with him. We knew they weren't going to give up until they found us our dream home. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! read more

Such a long overdue review. Lane helped us buy our first home end of 2015, and since then he's been such an asset in all things property related. Is concierge real estate a thing? It is because Lane wrote the book on it, he responds quickly, he's patient and accommodating. From day 1, Lane has been so generous with his time and he's got a wealth of knowledge. Not only that, he will go above and beyond to make sure that whatever path you decide, you are comfortable and well informed. Want to hear concierge and putting the client first? Where to start... When we purchased our townhome, the seller was a little upside down on their mortgage...Lane (with the selling realtor) lowered their commissions just enough to help get the sale price to fit everyone's budget. Lane managed the property when we rented it out and when tenants called with a wasp nest... Lane went out to the house and took care of it himself. Imagine him in his suit and tie with a broom knocking down a wasps nest. When it was time to sell the house, Lane and his team spared no expense getting our house in the best shape possible. We accepted an offer within less than a week of listing. Now after the fact... I need to do a title transfer, I call Lane. I need a recommendation for remodel, I call Lane. I have a question about some weird real estate policy, I call Lane. Also, his team in the office - nicest group of people. I've recommended Sackin-Stone to friends and everyone is impressed by their professionalism. You will not regret going with this top of the line firm. read more

I have been doing business with Lane Stone for several years starting back in 2016 when we were looking to purchase our first family home, eventually renting and doing the property management, and lastly, when we recently sold in 2020. To say that Lane has been phenomenal to work with would be an understatement. He has always proved to be extremely hard working, courteous, professional, and more than willing to go above and beyond to help. No matter what situation we were faced with (finding tenants, helping with repairs, home sale preparation, etc), we always genuinely felt that Lane had our best interests in mind and he always presented us with amazing options so we knew we were always making the right decision no matter the situation. Although my wife at the time we purchased our home and I are no longer together, we both look back on our experiences with Lane with overwhelmingly fond memories. He truly went above and beyond for our family and vastly exceeded any pre-existing expectations I had in my mind regarding real estate agents. I hope I have the opportunity to work with Lane in the future and strongly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Orange County area. Thanks again, Lane for all that you have done for our family! read more

Lane Stone delivered an unparalleled level of client service that surpassed all expectations. He consistently went above and beyond, dedicating his weekends to showing us houses and remaining patient as we took our time to make decisions. He even proactively contacted agents with homes in escrow to explore the possibility of submitting backup offers. Thanks to his unwavering commitment, we successfully closed on our house during a highly competitive market period. Lane made it his priority to ensure that we felt valued and received his undivided attention throughout the process. The Sackin-Stone team, including Lane, provided outstanding support, with other agents stepping in when needed. Our experience with the Sackin-Stone team was exceptional, and we intend to rely on them for all our real estate needs in Orange County. They have earned a client for life! read more

There are no words to express how grateful we are to Lane. He was so patient and hardworking. He really took the time to explain things to us and went out of his way to find us our dream home. Absolutely Love everyone at Sackin-Stone. Scott, Lane, and Philip are the best. We have listed multiple homes with them over the years and they never disappoint. Most recently our home in Huntington Beach sold for $70,000 over asking. The guys are supported by an excellent team at the office to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Special shout out to Joanne and Catalina for making sure all the details are covered and for making sure we are up to date. If you are looking for an agent, I would highly recommend Sackin-Stone, instead of just an agent you get a whole team that's on your side. read more

In my line of work, I interact with all kinds of real estate agents through every kind of transaction, and I can honestly say that The Sackin Stone team is one of a kind! I've had the pleasure of working directly with each member of this spectacular team and they all demonstrate a commitment to customer service across the board. They will never hesitate to pick up the phone and make that personal connection during negotiations and their Client Care priority can be felt through every element of the escrow process, from listing to closing. They are on the front line of every deal ready for any curve ball that might come their way so the client is never left feeling stressed, abandoned or upset. There is no amount of ego on this team and their end goal is not only the satisfaction of their own clients, but a happy partnership between all parties of a transaction. This makes them one of the most professional teams in Orange County that other agents and vendors are always happy to work with. read more

We worked with Lane Stone at Sackin Team to purchase our first home. He always did his best to keep us informed and happy and continued to fight for us! He was as excited as we were to own our first home. Post-Closing we discovered that there were subterranean termites in our walls and we called Lane to ask what our options were. Without hesitation, he called the termite company, called the structural board and assured us that he would make sure the issue was resolved. So far, we've experienced excellent client service! Team Sackin understand what good service is and will go above and beyond for their clients! read more

I originally found Lane through a cold email interview via HomeLight. He responded very quickly, very thoroughly, and gave me the contacts of previous buyers that I could call. Then after meeting him in person the first time the most noticeable attribute is that he has a very calm and positive demeanor that matched mine. I am a first time homeowner and I felt a lot more confident in his hands. read more

If you're looking for a realtor who listens to understand your needs and is highly ethical, then you want to do business with the Sackin team. We first met Scott at an open house in 1993. We have subsequently called on the Sackin team for all of our real estate needs -- buying, selling, home service referrals (termite, roofing, etc.) -- and we couldn't be more satisfied. We have recommended them to friends and family (they're currently working with our daughter and son-in-law to find their first home), and I am happy to recommend them to you, too. read more

Scott had sold my mother's home & helped my brother buy his first home over 10 yrs ago. I knew he would be my choice when it was time to sell my condo. Even though I have a design eye, he showed my that the most likely buyer for my home would want to see a cleaner, more open look. Scott, Philip & their extended team came in and transformed my home. They also made sure to showcase the desirable Tustin school district. Within one week, I had several offers and they were right: a newlywed couple paid over asking and we closed quickly. The whole transaction was seamless, and as a senior, the added hand holding during escrow was so welcome. I had nothing to worry about, they took care of every detail. Scott has compiled a team of caring, capable people who I am grateful to call my Realtors. read more

Philip, Scott, Lane and the rest of the entire team are frankly amazing. They not only took care of every detail of our most recent two transactions, they also helped negotiate on our behalf and provided excellent "coaching" (I asked them if they are part therapist because there is so much to talk through in buying or selling a property)! Plus they are just top notch human beings who care deeply about their people, their customers, and the quality of their work. They are all about customer service and pull it off in every aspect of what they do. read more

I've done five transactions (both buying and selling) with The Sackin Team and wouldn't ever use another realtor. The whole team give 200%. My last transaction, a purchase, was a little more difficult, but there were there for me for everything--even getting and screening for a tenant. The Sackin Team knows there stuff and they are more than one person working part-time out of their house. They have a super team--Stephanie the office manager is perfect---and work 24/7. Yes, they are trying to make commissions, but they are truly passionate about real estate and have always looked out for my best interests. Do they know what the market is going to do down the road---of course not--nobody does and you can only trust yourself when it comes down to the final choice--buy or sell--i've always considered everyone's feedback but in the end it's always my decision and gut feeling---no realtor can do that for you---only guide you the best they can along the way--and i've always felt confident The Sackin Team does that for me. read more
