He won't take or return our phone calls and refuses to refund the down-payment we gave him for $4850. Tim couldn't find a match for a tile (that our new contractor found, no problem), he inflated the cabinet price $20000, charging us $55000 for cabinets that his cost was $35000. He wanted us to go with low-end cabinets that had 2 custom-made cabinets that would only be an 80% match with the stock cabinets they had. We were $10000-$25000 over his estimate before he even got started and had to pay $4850 to find out he was a lying, unethical crook. He won't return our phone calls and refuses to give us a refund.
