By this time it was 2 days before the move. I tried scheduling another mover but they were booked. A day before the move I responded that I would be leaving a negative review. He immediately responded that his son had been in a car accident that day. While I sympathize and hope everyone involved was ok that doesn't explain his lack of communication on the previous days.

Tried to call them back in to actually fix the issue but the secretary just claimed they fixed the issue and starting arguing instead of offering to send a person to check it out again. When we finally came to an agreement that someone would come out the next day they then failed to show up the the property two separate days when they said they would and when tried to call back they would not answer. Escalated to insurance company and reporting to BBB for being a horrible business. Save your money and go somewhere else where your problems will actually be fixed and customer support is actually worth conversating with. Charged $65 to vacuum out the sump pump hole and acted like that solved everything. Worthless company.

Great price I cannot be happier with the outcome of this…read moreremodel! Renovation actually. My father built this incredible upstairs to our Arts and Crafts bungalow. That was over 66 years ago. A damaged roof caused extensive damage to the bathroom. However l could never find a competent plumber to fix the problems in my tub. It took four years for someone who knew what he was doing to realize just running a snake down the drain was not a fix. The old steel pipes were completely clogged. Built2Suit replumbed the lines; fixing the problem that had plagued us for years. The copper lines are now replaced by Pex. The steel clogged pipes are now replaced with PVC. The tub was sanded, refurbished and epoxy sealed, new fixtures were installed. It looks spectacular. The 66 year old toilet was completely renovated back to it's original gleam! It looks brand new. The rusted old radiator was sandblasted and refinished with airplane epoxy in one week. (Watch the videos) Upgrades to all romex--all new lights were add...two new vanity lights, a ground fault interrupter, three recessed lights and a vent fan. All new drywall was added, then waterproofed, and then ceramic tile was added. Gorgeous! Built2Suit installed a new window, sink and medicine cabinet. All this was done in less than six weeks. New moulding was installed the old 100 year old door was refinished to match the old look of the woodwork. The price was quite reasonable for all that was accomplished in 6 weeks. It came into less than 9K for a complete remodel! I plan to use Built2Suit for all my construction needs. Electrical, Plumbing, tile installation, Construction, HVAC, Renovation and Concrete work, Roofing, Windows and Remodeling-- this company does it all!
