Mike's work is impressive. If you need any remodeling work done, he is absolutely who to call. He took the time and care to cover our floors wherever he was walking/working to protect our carpet and tile. He even thoroughly cleaned up every single day after his work; honestly, he probably left it cleaner than it was to start with. I was beyond impressed. I've always had to clean up after construction guys in the past, but not with Mike. I didn't lift a finger, and my home was left in cleaner shape than before he did the work. He gave great advice and insight during our shower renovation, and as a result, we literally have our dream shower. Mike is honest, hardworking, and very talented. We'll be using him again for many more projects to come. Thank you Mike, really appreciate you! read more

We have been left with a giant hole upstairs without a railing. So a cliff for our dogs and child to walk around. No temporary railing. No safety precautions. The staircase is usable (thanks to my husband's handyman skills). We had to order the stair treads ourselves because they forgot. My husband and I ended up staining the treads and painting the risers ourselves to hopefully get the project done. They contracted out for the railing. That company will not get back to us, but now the contactor with Bax said it's basically our problem now. So a project that was quoted to take a week, has now taken a couple months...still isn't completed. Might be three months. Our son is having surgery Monday, and this is the disaster we have to bring him home to. You really don't understand the value of a safe staircase until you no longer have one. Their employees had verbal arguments in front of us. Left angry with each other. The unprofesionalism has been jaw dropping. Bax, if you dispute this review, we have a binder full of pictures, paperwork, and all written interactions. We value honesty and hard work, this company is a prime example of the complete opposite.

I had a bad experience with the owner. Made a deal, a few days later the deal changed.

In this day and time, customer service is often non-existent, except with this company. We had…read moresiding and guttering put on our home and I have not experienced such attention to a customer and detail in every aspect of the project. There were no hidden surprises as every step was discussed with me before making a purchase even with the smallest of items just to make certain that I approved the additions. I also made some changes in the original request, knowing that my additions would also add to my cost. The extra cost was line itemized for me and the owner of the company (Jimmy) did not get upset with my changes and he was the one going to pick up the extra materials at his suggestion. I know that this type of request is more often than note met with disapproval from a contractor but he was very kind and told me that he just wants his customers to have the dream they have in mind. So I ask, "Who says that now a days?" This is a remarkable company--both Jimmy and Angie. Pricing? He is right in the ball park of the other guys but what sets this company apart is the quality of finished workmanship and the customer service. I've already had a few people who have seen the work done ask, "Who did that siding? I want that!" Thanks for a great experience! MC
