Upon inspection discovered downspout was blocked with debris up to the gutter. Contract called for blow out of downspouts. It is clear that it was missed. Management took no responsibility. Was rude and dismissive. Mis-reported facts, and when that was pointed out, just didn't address the misstatements. Blamed owner for not properly maintaining downspout (?!). Mad that we complained and rather than work out the problem suggested we go elsewhere.
