The first time they came, they figured out that the garage door operator had to be replaced altogether (likely because of a power outage due to weather). They say they call beforehand, but the second time they came back to fix our doors there was no warning call, so I'm glad I was home! He even thoroughly cleaned up every single day after his work; honestly, he probably left it cleaner than it was to start with. I was beyond impressed. I've always had to clean up after construction guys in the past, but not with Mike. I didn't lift a finger, and my home was left in cleaner shape than before he did the work. He gave great advice and insight during our shower renovation, and as a result, we literally have our dream shower. Mike is honest, hardworking, and very talented.
