The first time they came, they figured out that the garage door operator had to be replaced altogether (likely because of a power outage due to weather). They say they call beforehand, but the second time they came back to fix our doors there was no warning call, so I'm glad I was home! We'd told them what we had & Justin arrived with replacement that fit to existing ceiling tracts. Installed new wall "clicker" & made sure my vehicle "sinked" with new unit.
