The shop is clean, there's always parking out in front and the receptionists are always very friendly. They are great with calling with reminders for my appointments and I never have an issue if I need to reschedule. Last time I was in they were doing spin the wheel for a free wax- mine landed on sideburns (which I didn't need done) so they offered to give me a lip wax for free. It seems they always have some fun promos going.

She had been my go to person every service I get here. She's fast, efficient, and I love how smooth she makes my skin. Every once in a blue moon, we get skin irritation from waxing. You are basically ripping hair out of your skin, irritating it, leaving an area with open pores to open air. If not taken care of properly, you can end up with irritation. Alicia is the best esthetician/wax specialist there I have come to know. She has given me a run down of how to properly care for your skin before, during, and after your wax. The results of her advice have me beyond impressed! I highly recommend the Slow it lotion that be used on your waxed areas day and night. It keeps your skin moisturized and looking amazing! My advice to you... Go see Alicia. Ask her all the questions you can think of when it comes to skin care & waxing. She has by far exceeded my expectations.
