They went out of their ways to answer my questions and serve us throughout the trip. We completed our trip with deep appreciation for this travel agency. They sent us a detailed itinerary ahead of time and the driver arrived early to meet us in South Bay. We made several stops on the way to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views, watch wildlife, and hike in the beautiful Pfeiffer State Park in the afternoon. We also had a delightful lunch and bought some souvenirs at the most popular local restaurant. We were running late because of spending extra time in the redwoods but the driver had no complaint and was patient and kind with us throughout the trip. This is one of the best travel services I've found in the past decade of living in the Bay Area. Their staff who worked with us are exceptionally informative, responsible, and caring for their customers. Communication was transparent and the pricing was very fair. We wish we could afford to tip the driver more because he really went the extra mile to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. Whether you're a visitor or a Bay Area local, you would enjoy a valuable and relaxing trip with them.

Annette's knowledge around navigating the high altitude and jet lag was soooo helpful. she coordinated with a tour guide there. i literally would get off a plane, a person with my name on a sign would be waiting, and i was off on my next adventure. she literally planned EVERYTHING for me. i told her i wanted to go to machu picchu and to send me anywhere else she thought would be good for me to see. I enjoyed time in Lima, the Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca, Cuzco and of course the magical Machu Picchu. i traveled alone and always felt safe. i am still blown away by the magic of peru and the peruvian people. i am forever grateful for this angel Annette, and the gift she gave me, in planning such a beautiful trip for me, when i was not in a place to do it myself. and i am still alive 5+ years after being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer! never give up! go live your life. have Annette plan a bucketlist trip for you!! today! you don't have to wait until you get cancer!

We told some friends that we called a travel agency and they forgot that they even existed. Let me tell you, we are so glad that we found Fugazi Travel Agency and Robert. From the beginning, Robert was over communicative, asked us what we wanted to see and frankly, helped us to understand what we should be seeing and how much time was appropriate. You have to realize that you are taking the advice of a travel agency on everything. Fortunately, we were very happy with everything that happened in Egypt. They set us up with an amazing local agency who were incredibly hands on. We arrived at the airport to a wonderful rep from the tour company who walked us through immigration and had a private driver to the hotel. The hotel was great, then the Nile River Cruise was very nice. Our accommodations were above par and surpassed our expectations. Everything about the tour group Fugazi set us up with was perfect. Thank you Fugazi and Robert for helping make our Egyptian dreams come true! We will be sure to recommend you to other people!

Nfaly was parked in front of the Grand Hyatt in Union Square with his spacious and clean Town Car, and we were four adult people on vacation with dinner reservation's.......a great match, right? You bet! We got in, and although we knew we would be comfortable, what caught us by surprise was how much we enjoyed Nfaly. He not only was an excellent driver, but he was very personable when engaged. With that said, the four of us were so pleased with his services, that we called upon him to pick us up from dinner, and then again the next day to take us to the airport. There are many reasons I've been going to New World and its owner, Victor: 1. Trust and rates: I can trust Victor to help me get the most reasonable rates on my international tickets. He's a genuine person whom I trust would tell me the truth as to what are my best travel options. 2. Connections: New World has personal connections with several Asian airlines. He often talks with them while I'm in his office to make sure that I get the best deals (along with seating) with those airlines. 3. Packages: He has international connections not only with flights, but also with hotel accommodations. He can help you with planning your whole trip, not just your flight. 4. Visa issues: He knows people who works at several embassies and gets the visa process done quicker than having to go to their offices and waiting in long lines at the embassies. 5. Victor himself: I consider him a friend of mine since I've been seeing him for about a decade. He's a very friendly and caring man, which leads me to my next point of priceline v. New World. Priceline v. New World: there are many websites like priceline that offer good rates too, but traveling internationally is different from domestically. There are more variables you have to worry about and you have to know people in the countries you travel to. With New World, you won't feel alone if something happens. For example, I had to reschedule my flights a couple times in Thailand and Cambodia, and Victor quickly helped me do so. Can you count on priceline to help you with that? Will they even allow you to change your flight? I highly recommend seeing New World for your international travel plans. Once you do, you'll likely be another 10 year customer like me.
