The thieves took the locks off my windows, they made copies of my keys, and they actually managed to poison me.. and now that I'm getting better I'm discovering more and more egregious things the thieves did, and so I've been on the phone with them a lot, a lot a lot, every time I discover one more thing that's been damaged or taken and they have been so nice, so kind and so helpful. I really can't thank them enough. A great station with very good people. Mayor Breed, get off your duff and hire the personnel they need! They are all doing the job of 2 or 3 officers. Help them out please! As I was saying, amazing people. Many thanks to the wonderful officers of Richmond station who've given me their time.

My car was stolen and I provided the information regarding who has stolen the car that I paid for and had DMV registration and title proving ownership. The SFPD officers never retrieved my vehicle. The SFPD officers need to be investigated into corruption because they are definitely involved with the crime that is occurring in San Francisco. Not one San Francisco resident especially in Richmond district would have good reviews because SFPD officers don't provide any assistance to local citizens.

We support the Police Academy, but over the years, we have reached out regarding the relentless…read morenoise from Amber in Diamond Heights--only to be met with rudeness and outright refusal to cooperate. Every single day, we are subjected to deafening screaming and defense drills that shatter the peace of our neighborhood. These drills have made it impossible to enjoy the quiet, residential environment we once had. We have repeatedly requested that they be conducted at the rear of the building, yet the Captain and whoever answers the phone refuse to listen or act. This has to stop. Either move the drills to the back of the Academy or eliminate the excessive noise altogether. Is that too much to ask? We are posting this here because calling has gotten us nowhere. We expect immediate cooperation. If the Police Academy continues to ignore this issue, we will escalate the matter to the new mayor.

It turned out all my festivities were indoors. For the record, though, I had already steeled myself to jump, run, dodge, and all that smack dab in the middle of a billion droplets of falling water. The interior is simple, kind of reminiscent of a high school. What I liked most about the decor were the tons of banners and memorabilia from past graduating classes. Each flag had a different class #, insignia, and slogan. Of course I had no idea who those alumni were. But I was filled with a sense of history and awe at what they must have went through, not just to get in, but also to make it out. We salute you!

The first few floors of the library aren't too quiet, which I prefer, but the 4th level and higher are quiet study areas. There are also plenty of electrical outlets, but they are scattered throughout along the walls and floor (not built into the tables like what more modern libraries have.) I'm not a SFSU student, but was able to come here with no issues to get some work and studying done. There is very limited paid parking around the area and the free street parking is impossible to find, but if your mobile and capable enough you can park unlimited for free at the mall up the street and walk over (it was about a 15 minute walk.) There are also several muni and bus stops in the area, so public transportation is probably more ideal. I like getting my steps in, so I parked at the mall and walked over. There is free guest wifi in the library for non-students. You just need to sign up for it with your name and email address, and the system emails you a one time password to use. The wifi is surprisingly slow, considering that this is on a college campus and I'm sure there are many students that rely on needing good internet speeds for their courses and studies.

After the renovations, this place feels more like a miniature IT campus similar to that of Apple or google. And the library gets super busy especially during midterms and finals. Surprisingly there's a Help Desk where you can get a loaner laptop, you have basic computer questions. Basically this is a good place to start for your studying needs.

She deserves 5 Stars!! My past experience at this location had been horrible for the rude service I received, but Cindy changed it all! Somehow the priority box I sent from this location never even made it to the SF Distribution Center. I wonder if it even made it in the truck from the post office. What an absolute joke. So now I get to spend my time hunting for answers, refunding a buyer, and awaiting a refund (haha) from USPS which won't come for months IF it's approved. UPDATE: USPS confirmed packed is lost. "We regret to inform you that we were unable to locate any delivery information in our records for your item." GO TO THE CLAYTON ST POST OFFICE.
