Even though everything had been properly approved in advance -- tickets purchased and authorization granted to travel with my 5 cats (for 2 passengers) -- I was suddenly told by the attendant, Misung, that I could only bring two bags. There was no clear explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. It honestly left me wondering: was I expected to leave one of my animals behind at the airport? What was even worse was the complete lack of professionalism. In addition to her dismissive attitude, she and another attendant were seen laughing about the situation, as shown in the video. It was public, unnecessary, and deeply humiliating. This is a paid service, and basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum standard which was clearly not the case. I am sharing this video to document what happened and to warn others. Situations like this should not be normalized

It was much easier to get in and out of SFO either by Bart , or I would stay at the Park n Fly nearby hotels. But with not that much additional savings vs flying out of Sacramento I normally don't book directly out of SFO any longer. With the hassle of traffic and bridge tolls its hardly worth it. Often I find flights that provide me a connection here from SMF which is much more convenient. As an Amx card holder I do appreciate their Centurion lounges here to relax if I have the time.

On the bright side, this terminal area has abundant water stations, a good food court area (limited tables), several airline lounges for travelers looking to relax, and even a unique café operated by robots - - including an exhibits by local artists and a small museum! I told her I was stuck without a way to reach someone to resolve the matter. She said I could only use the online chat. I told her that didn't get me anywhere that's why I traveled all the way to the airport. She started helping another customer instead. I waited and showed her the response I received online and described how that wasn't helpful. She said she couldn't help me and to wait for 90 days to see if I get another response. I couldn't use TSA for that trip.

The waffle stunned me because it was rich, full of flavor. The whipped butter was a revelation of simplicity and old world quality.
