Their verbal explanation of the installation process was clear and concise, leaving me with a positive first impression of the company. This approach created a strong sense of trust by highlighting the importance of their high-quality glass. Gatsby Glass offers a wide range of shower doors at reasonable and fair prices, including sleek, frameless designs and classic framed options. I am very surprised by the negative reviews for this company. I have used them twice this year and…read morewas pleased with the results. The first time, I had ordered a cabinet that was mirrored and one of the drawers came broken. I took the drawer to Delray Glass and it was professionally fixed in less than a week. The second job was to extend a mirror in my dining room into an area that had been covered with furniture. I was under time pressure because furniture was going to be delivered into that spot in less than a week. They sent someone to my house in a day and the new mirror was installed four days later. The finished product looked great and I could not tell that it had not always been there. The workmen were well trained and did an excellent job. I would use this company any time I need glass work.

My "sales person" Laticia was completely uninterested in helping me. Pretended we had a bad connection and we were disconnected. They definitely aren't working on commission? I am waiting to hear back from Paulo to see if I can get this simple quote. I hope their work is better than their customer service.

There was a lot of follow up with several team members. First, the salesperson Simon, did initial measurements and gave me an estimate. Then in another appointment, Javier confirmed the measurements (maybe before ordering parts). It took a few of months for HOA approval, county permitting and for them to receive my custom windows. Then before the install began, another manager Joel came by to remeasure and let me know what to expect during the install. I was a little anxious because they were doing my whole house and I knew it was going to be a lot of noise and demolition. But when Randy, the supervisor, and Yoandry, the team leader, showed up with 2 more guys they seemed to know what they were doing. So I basically hid in my room upstairs as they started working downstairs. Every once in a while I would peek out and see my windows getting knocked out and then my front door removed. They put up plastic sheets to minimize dust to other parts of the house. Yoandry and his crew made me feel at ease. It took 2 days for the demolition, new install and caulking. After the job was done Randy, the job supervisor, took me to each window and door and had me test them. He had me open and close each opening and then I had to sign a check list. Then the last day they put screens in the windows and did some other finishing work. The office scheduled my inspection. Yoandry and his team were also present with me when the inspector did a walkthrough of all my windows and doors. Altogether considering how much work was done, it was a relatively stress free experience! And my new windows and doors look great.
