Great opportunity to try their menu without the long lines at the original stores. There's a cute patio area outside where you can sit by the sidewalk like you're in a European cafe. Loved the cruffin (croissant muffin). Make sure to get it heated so it's extra soft. The layers are so fluffy, and the cream cheese filling is amazing. Breakfast sandwich was also incredible. It was so fresh. It had a nice kick from the barbecue sauce. Other items are hit or miss. The proscuitto sandwich was so dry and salty I wasn't able to finish it. Would skip that next time. But overall very impressed by the quality of the pastries and friendly ambiance.

Components of prosciutto, Humboldt Fog Chevre(goat cheese) & fig preserve all on a delicious sourdough bread. Despite it being made with high quality ingredients, it was a little too salty for me & wished there was some added vegetable to tone the saltiness down. Next time I'll try either a panini truffled grilled cheese or panini grilled chicken club & can't wait to return as they have such a wonderful variety of beers, specialty drinks & ice cream.

This is a special little place in our neighborhood. We stop in here often for a baguette, cheese,…read moreand/or deli sandwiches. They curate a fantastic selection of cheeses and can answer any questions and guide you to the right one for your taste. But it's the sandwiches they get us coming back again and again. My wife exclusively gets the Havardi & Avocado sandwich and I usually get the Cajun Turkey. They are both especially good sandwiches. The staff is freindly and helpful when you want to tweak an ingredient or two. But after many years of tweaks we've learned that they make the sandwiches right as-is. They are just perfect with the balance of ingredients as they come. Also, note the place is small and gets busy. You may have to wait a bit for your sandwich, but it is well worth the wait. They do not have any seating, except a bench out front on the street. But you can take the sandwich to Golden Gate Park, under a 10Min walk away, or to Finnegans Wake to get a drink and enjoy the sandwich in their backyard or at one of the many tables inside.

We had a brief and informed chat about the sandwich I was considering. I ordered it. Tha jamon madrange fell short in flavor. It was surprisinly bland except for the bite of the pungent Dijon mustard. Sadly, the enjoyable customer service isn't enough for a return.

The owner recommended a great soft cheese to go with our board, and the wines we tried were all good. The owner was also very knowledgeable and talked with us about her family's Europe travels and how she picks the wine and cheeses. The location isnt the best and it can be a bit hard to find parking in the area, but if you're already here it's worth a visit!

They brought me here and I immediately understood why! The sweetest Cantonese couple runs the shop, and they took such amazing care of my friends and me. I also would have never expected a wine and cheese shop to have delicious hot pot tucked away in this adorable little room in the back, but somehow it works perfectly. Their taste in wine and champagne is also impeccable -- everything they recommended to us was so good. More than anything, the owners really made the experience special. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and we had such a memorable night here. Truly one of those places that became a core memory for me, and I'll always want to come back and visit whenever I'm in SF. Such a gem!

In researching places near where we were staying, we learned about the Italian deli and shop. We were looking forward to stopping by to check out the store and grab lunch. The store itself is very cute and charming, full of so many items - fresh meats and cheeses, imported olive oils, pastas, desserts, wine, and liquor to name a few. There is an area where you can get coffee drinks and there is a deli area for ordering sandwiches, pizzas, specialty dishes, and salads. The variety of options is plentiful. I ordered an iced coffee beverage, which was great. My significant other and I ordered a sandwich to go, which we were splitting for a light lunch back at the hotel. The person helping at the counter was not very friendly or helpful with questions. We asked for our sandwich to be made on the Dutch Crunch bread, as we were looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, when we got back to the hotel, it turned out that the sandwich was made on a regular ciabatta roll, which was not fresh. Additionally, the sandwich was mostly mixed greens. For the price, I expected more meat. With so many great food options in San Francisco, it is likely we won't stop by on future visits to the City.
