I've been using this testing center for just about every certification test I've taken and it has…read morebeen a ritual for me to come back and use them even though they were very far away from me. The proctors are pretty friendly and helpful. I think I've had one issue with an exam at this location that I had to ask for assistance with. They have lock boxes for the items you can't take in the exam room and they either give you a key to the box or they lock the box in a closet. One real problem I had was last year but the manager went above and beyond for me. I was going out of town to visit some friends in Florida and had scheduled an exam for the day before I left. The evening before my exam there was a pretty significant thunderstorm that hit the area. I was contacted just 3 hours before my exam to say that the facility had sustained some water damage and that they were going to reschedule my test for a later date. Not sure if anyone is familiar with Prometric but they only allow you to change the date 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Luckily for me, the manager had contacted Prometric ahead of time and gave me a number to call and representative was able to reschedule me at a different location the same day which was awesome.

How in the heck can a 2 yr old be disrespectful by doing them things... I can see if she's talking back but my baby don't even talk in complete sentences like that to talk back so how cuz she not listening is being disrespectful...like I had to stop going to her practices cu she was rubbing me wrong so her daddy started to take her so last weekend my bd took her and again she put my baby out after not even being in class 10 mins keep in mind the class only 45 mins long she always start late and end early then to put the kids out for 5 to 10 mins at a time is crazy so my bd snapped and went off on her and told her to have patience... so I guess my bd got mad and just took my baby and left so I went back up there to talk to her about the situation when I tell u she was so rude and said she wasn't going to talk to me I had to wait til Monday to call on phone... when I say I humbled tf outta myself cuz I could tell what she was on she wanted me to go off on her so she could put my baby out so I just left and called her today... so again she tried to keep antagonizing me so I would yell or curse her out to provoke but instead I told her my child will remain in her class til her recital and that my bd won't be back only me and I told her that she needs to work on her attitude with the parents and kids cuz her attitude sucks... so she took that and ran with it so since I said her attitude sucks she said I can't talk to her like that and now my daughter can't come back after I spend all this money and just paid 150 for costume she will never wear and don't even got the whole costume... I'm so pissed that I humbled tf out of myself just to make it to the recital just so this woman to still put my baby out... I'm sitting racking my brain how to go about this I literally didn't do nothing to be treated like this.... Like somebody help me I can't be the only one had this problem with her... I need justice for me and my baby... if I got to take her to small claims I will cuz this not right at all... please no one I mean no one ever take your child to her studio... However, Coach Reuben taught me a lot more that I didn't know, such as pulling over and parking and the proper way to reverse, and a different way to parallel park. Later, (today) I got the road test package with Coach Tony, and I was taken through the test route and retaught everything. I got an 88% on the test and passed. Coach Tony was an exceptional teacher and really helped me pass the test, I am extremely grateful, thanks Savedrivers!

A bad First & Last…read more The instructor was late, rude, and had scammed my wife of an extra $50. My wife's Coach was Aretha. She was rude and unprofessional in her ethics. My wife had booked the appointment online and was charged $50 of the total $100. When the instructor arrived (15 mins late) her first sentences were "How are you going to pay? I only take cash." Since my wife only carries cards and no cash she had to go inside Walmart and withdraw $50. Luckily my wife is smart and thinks ahead and she withdrew $100. When my wife had given her the $50 she had stated that it's $100 for the lesson. Although we had already paid the previous $50 for the booking, Aretha had charged my wife an extra $50. Aretha had stated that the lessons range from $120 - $150. I had talked to the manager previously about getting lessons from them and all those previous times he had stated that $100 is per training session and each session is 2 hours long. Once I called him about the situation he had even told me that SHE (Aretha) shouldn't have done that because SHE (Aretha) already knew that my wife had paid the $50 booking fee. Luckily for us, the manager had refunded us the $50 that Aretha stole from my wife. My recommendation for this company, don't hire instructors that lie and steal from people. My recommendation for students or drivers that want to learn, don't go here.
