It was locked, however, a man came out from the back, looked at him, turned around, went back into the back area and turned off the lights. No acknowledgement; no "I'm sorry, we aren't open yet". Nothing. This is the same place that kept my machine for two weeks last year for a repair. I picked it up just before 5 pm one evening. During my first hour of sewing, it did the same thing they just "fixed". I took it back. They kept it another week .... and charged me AGAIN. I will go buy a new sewing machine before I will set foot back in this store. Be aware!

Then, they asked our son to pick out the font and placement for his name & number. They did a trial logo for us with a nominal set-up fee and then went to production. The logo will be saved for years, so the team can all use it, too! We've already ordered more items with the logo and look forward to discovering what our next project together might be! We love that we're supporting a local small business, and they were so awesome with our son and letting him participate in the creative process. So very cool on multiple levels!!!

The two striped long sleeve sweatshirt tees I brought in to be shortened had side vents along the bottom of the hem. they opened up the piece and made them more flowing. I fully expected them to look exactly as they looked when I brought them in. The shirts cost me $120 each. You made no mentioned at the time of service there would be an extra fee for vents in the cost of shortening either tee. I waited 3 weeks for them and it looked like you had just finished them that morning because the were not bagged and on the to go rack. Why would you now charge me $12 per shirt extra to make them look the way I brought them in. I'm sorry, but I'm very disappointed. I will not be returning. Janet Fleming.
