He said they couldn't order the part. I found the part online, new, within minutes and it cost $3.99. The worst part, they tried to sell me a cheap Brother machine and wanted to give me to trade in my machine (which sews perfectly), plus give me next to nothing for my very expensive machine stating I wouldn't be able to get parts for it in the future. I don't think anyone would trust this business after what I experienced. Buyer beware.

They stood next to me the whole time. I asked one woman if they carried a certain foot, she went off " looking for more information". After 15 minutes she came back to the counter and started folding fabric again. She was the only worker that would speak to me. I had money to spend but I guess having children with you means 'do not help'. At that point I left. Walking out my 5 year old asked, ' we aren't buying anything?' I said 'not now', loud enough for the two ladies behind the desk to hear me. I didn't want to drive to Las Vegas but it is looking like that will be the plan. When we mentioned Tera's name, the tire shop got us right in and quickly resolved our tire issue. The Pink Polka Dott was perfect for us. Great location for our visits to Bryce, Zion, and Cedar Breaks. Clean, comfortable, and we loved the Art.
