I talked to Kevin, the owner, and he was honest, straightforward and professional. He asked that I send him pictures of the damage so that he could prepare an estimate. I texted him the photos and gave him the name of my insurance adjuster. Kevin took care of the rest and told me they could arrive by 745pm. By 715 Kevin and his son Jake were in my driveway. I had moved most things from the basement, but they assisted with the rest. Both Kevin and Jake were professional and completely transparent on all work being done. They spent 3.5 hours removing carpet, all carpet glue from the concrete, sanitizing the floor, and then ensuring all fans and dehumidifiers were running and waited 20 minutes just making sure the breakers did not trip. Bonus...they completely cleaned the stairs going down to the basement and the landing, unexpected and completely appreciated. I see one star reviews here...and that is why I felt it was important that I leave my experience. This company was one of the best I have seen. I have done disaster remediation work myself...and they were meticulous and thorough in their work. They were pleasant, honest and transparent on pricing. I would absolutely call Jake and Kevin again...I just hope I never have to.

I guess they didn't consider my schedule so I ended up cancelling my medical appointment that I ended up paying for because I canceled the same day. I didn't have enough time to get there. After speaking to a good friend, she explained the same thing happened to her. It took three months for them to get to her after she gave a deposit. But again, the quality of the work was very good, thus the 4 stars.

To be clear we did not get our roof replaced or even fixed by them. But that is why we called…read morethem. I had met them at a friends house who did need roof work. I liked the way they did the assessment and estimate. So when I saw something I thought of them first. They came over and gave an honest assessment that we did not need work done. Great! I asked if they knew someone who could fix an outside porch deck (about 10 by 12 and 100 years old well made with pillars supporting the roof etc). Surprise surprise but they could. While they don't advertise it, they do this type of work too. So he gave us an estimate a few days later. Seemed reasonable to us for the work. Turned out it was because once they tore the deck up it was clear more work was needed. They did it without any issue, and no cost increase. Fab. The two Employes who did the work were polite and quiet. No loud radios blaring. No shouting. No nonsense. Even our neighbors were happy. With all the rain the work took longer than expected, but only because of rain days, not because the actual work took more time. So the estimate of time was right on. If you need roof work, or even deck work, I'd call Naples and see what they say.

Naples Roofing was recommended to us by another roofer who does not work on that type of structure. So we called them & their estimate was close to what a different company quoted last year. Naples understood what needed to be done and, unlike another company we spoke to, did not try to tell us the garage needed to be torn down and rebuilt for twice the money. After we signed the contract & paid the first 1/3 of the cost we had to wait about two weeks for them to do the work. It would have been a longer wait, but they had a cancellation. So three men came by at 9:00 a.m., tore off the old roof etc., and put up twice as many wooden rafters as the contract had called for! They put a new plywood roof, covered it with a waterproof membrane, put up new fascia & some type of protective plastic around the edge, & cleaned out a gutter at the edge of the roof on the main house that I couldn't get to, which had weeds growing in it. They hauled all their trash away, they were pleasant & polite. Husband & I are delighted! The only criticism I have is that they didn't keep in touch with us as far as scheduling the estimate, or scheduling the work. Husband & I are retired & are usually at home & didn't know in advance what day they would be there. Their work is obviously high-quality & it is guaranteed for five years.
