Guess it's true that we all pay for those insane amounts of Winterfest lights that the tourists get to see for FIVE months. Cannot wait to leave this town and go solar. They also just randomly blink on and off with power surges, hundreds a year so you have to reset everything again and again. No updated systems in the 25 yrs I've been here but certainly upgraded billing costs. Don't bother calling attempting to reach a human. There's no one after hours and they keep security guards in their day lobbies because so many people come in to question their enormous bills.

WARNING!!!! I was on Call Up / Will call for the past two years of service. So- so. In February…read morethey delivered without my call in and filled tank charging me $3.99 per gallon for the 380 gallons. I was not home at time but recieved the invoice ticket and called immediately. After arguing regarding the type of delivery (Will call) I was on they agreed to pump it out. Catch is not for 2 months. Now they are still going to charge me for amount used at $3.99 gallon when I could have obtained at call in rate of $2.29 which is what driver just ageed upon when he came to pump out. Only thing is that manager now says he will "fire " driver and they could not pump it out due to not having right equipment. Manager is treating us terribly, as opposed to curteous driver who agreed we where on a call in basis as it used to be his route. Ther are plenty of other curteuos LP companies in area.
