I was shopping long distance, as I hadn't relocated to Knoxville yet, and he did Facetime tours, met my parents to show them houses for me, and answered my endless questions. He went above and beyond for me, and when it comes time to buy/sell again, I'll be calling him!

Now I've moved back to Knoxville and needed to purchase a home quickly in this difficult market. He found the perfect place and negotiated for me to buy it (with many competing offers) in FIVE days. He also got a closing in FOURTEEN days. Again, miraculous in this market. He has even provided references for excellent contractors to remodel the home in a reasonable timeframe. The most amazing thing about Blake is that he cares. He truly cares. It doesn't matter to him if you are a buyer or seller or if you are a $200,00 buyer or a million dollar buyer. You are treated exactly the same. I'm so grateful for him. I believe he has realtor superpowers and the heart of a giant. You cannot go wrong with Blake Rickels.

She also thought there was a water issue with our wood floors creaking at one place in the hallway. She was wrong- a contractor confirmed it was because whoever laid the floor didn't give it enough room for expansion. It only needed to be trimmed along the baseboard. She also said she would work up her thoughts on the value and have it to me the next day- nothing. Obviously she didn't want the contract and I suspect that is due to it being too far from her pristine area of Farragut. She knew before she came where we were located. What a waste of my time.

We have loved working with Regina! We are out-of-towners and we could only come out to Knoxville…read morefor a weekend, but Regina was up for the challenge. She worked with us to find out what we needed and got us started on the FlexMLS website so we could browse listings to our heart's content. Through the whole process, Regina has been exceptionally responsive even outside business hours. When we came to Knoxville, Regina worked hard to get us acquainted with the town and all its various neighborhoods. Visiting houses with Regina is like getting a crash intro course in home maintenance! She displayed extensive knowledge about house construction, upkeep, and local hazards. She was also very flexible, allowing us to adjust our schedule when an exciting new property appeared on the market during our visit. This was extremely helpful as it ended up being the perfect house for us! Once we decided to make an offer, she immediately got in touch with the listing agent to put our offer "on paper". By continuing to work into the evening, she got us a positive response on our offer before midnight of the day we toured the house. Yes - in 2 days, Regina not only took us to more than 10 houses and gave us a full tour of Knoxville, she also got our offer in on a house we loved. Since our visit, Regina has continued to be very communicative. She gave us a calendar of the important dates for closing and is in touch with the listing agent, so every milestone so far has been met well before its deadline. We haven't closed on the house yet, so I will update once that's settled. But as of this process so far, Regina has been an amazing buyer's advocate, willing to go way above and beyond to accommodate out-of-town buyers and get them the perfect home. We can't recommend - or thank - her enough.

We had the best experience with Regina in buying and selling our home. We originally moved to…read moreKnoxville in 2015 and considered buying our first home. She came recommended from a friend and really opened our eyes to the things we should look for when house hunting. She literally got down into crawl spaces and pointed out anything she thought was concerning: cracks in foundation, subpar building materials, roofing, mold, water damage, gutters, basements, things we would have never thought to consider. We never felt pressured to buy even though we looked at 20+ houses with her over several days. If she felt the house wasn't right for us, she let us know why instead of pushing us to put in offers. We decided to wait and make sure we planned on staying in Knoxville before buying. She made sure we knew she would be there to help us when we decided we were ready. In 2018 we knew we were ready to buy, and Regina was ready to go with another round of house showings. She gave us the same attention and consideration as the first time around. We thought we found our dream house and were ready to put in an offer. Thankfully, with her attention to detail she urged us to hold off and check it out after a rainstorm. We took her advice and when we went back noticed serious issues with water in the basement. With her guidance, we finally found the perfect home. She helped negotiate a good price as well as navigate all the confusing parts of purchasing it. When Knoxville got record breaking rain in 2019, we were so thankful Regina had helped us choose a solid house that avoided the flooding many of our neighbors and friends experienced. This year, my husband received a job offer out of state we couldn't pass up and had to move quickly. We hated to leave our home, but we knew Regina would help us sell it. Her expertise came full circle when the value of our home appreciated and sold very quickly. We attribute this to Regina's knowledge and guidance when we originally bought the house. Regina has set the bar very high for us when it comes to realtors, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. She is honest, thorough, organized, and professional. Most importantly, she is on her client's side through the whole process. Regina knows her stuff!

They are very knowledgeable about the area, prompt and responsive in communication, honest, and made the entire process of purchasing a home as stress free as possible. We were out of town and Paula and Deanna set up viewing appointments as soon as we sent them a listing, went to the listing and took videos and pictures, and gave us their honest feedback based on what we were looking for. These ladies didn't sugar-coat things and didn't give us unrealistic expectations. They were forthcoming and upfront with us throughout the entire process which I find is rare nowadays and I appreciated. During negotiations, Paula handled everything. She put out fires (before we even knew they were happening!), set up and attended inspections, negotiated on our behalf, and really had our backs while still being the most ethical, honest, and professional realtor I've ever come across. This was by far our most pleasant real estate transaction experience and it's 100% due to Paula and Deanna. The term "realtor" does not encompass the lengths these two wonderful ladies went to to ensure our homes had the appropriate updates, finishes, and behind the scenes paperwork and care that went into being their best for the next owners. Although we were selling modest homes, we felt the care and attention by Paula and Deanna was as if we were selling multi-million dollar properties; they showed us luxury in the home-selling process.
